Un plauso al costumer service che in meno di un pomeriggio ha risolto in problema legato ad un difetto dell'articolo

Dopo l acquisto sul sito..arrivata shirt di colore diverso…..non effettuano cambi , dovresti rendere recandoti al punto ritiro DHL o imbarcarti in una gestione di reso, dovresti rifare acquisto…insomma gestione inadeguata per un cliente che paga in anticipo….nonostante la mail di scusa , il un cliente pragmatico non è soddisfatto e aspetta il prodotto ordinato nel colore richiesto per cancellare questa recensione super negativa!

1.Quality (Polos) is extremely poor- washed at recommended Temperature, now all (!) Polos ordered have shrinked a Lot so that i cannot wear them anymore.
2. Refund/ Return Process took 1 month which ist far too Long. Therefore i will definately Not buy northsails offline + online again. I asked now for a refund of the polos- will Update then this entry again.

Acquistato un giubbino circa 40giorni fa reso perché troppo piccolo dopo 1 mese sto aspettando ancora l accredito chiamato più volte.La risposta è è in lavorazione... azienda pessima nella gestione e nella organizzazione da evitare assolutamente gli acquisti perché vi Fanno penare...

I have a very bad 1st experience with this brand.
The clothes are really badly sized, the M is borderline L/XL. I sent back the piece for an exchange with the return label present in the package within 7 days and recommend the jacket in the right size. The result ... the package disappeared, tracking number non-existent and impossible to refund the order because the return did not arrive within 30 days of the order.
So I paid for 2 clothes that I don't have! For me this is called a scam !!!! To be avoided

Niemals wieder bei diesem Shop. Erst wartet man lange auf die Ware, dann darf man auch noch die Retoure selber bezahlen, allerdings als Aufschlag zum Rechnungsbetrag, bzw. Abzug von der Erstattung. Unverschämt. Denn ein Umtausch in eine andere Größe ist erstens nicht möglich und den Rabattcode kann man für eine Nachbestellung auch nicht mehr nutzen. Daher: Nie wieder North Sails!!!

Servizio clienti pessimo!
Ho acquistato una felpa presso un loro punto vendita in stazione centrale a Milano, a febbraio 2022. Il personale, completamente impreparato, mi ha rassicurata sul fatto che avrei potuto cambiare l'articolo in qualsiasi loro punto vendita. Falso! Il monomarca non riconosce gli store temporanei, pur essendo anche loro monomarchio, e non effettuano cambi.
Servizio clienti INESISTENTE, che al momento mi deve ancora risposte!!! Hanno solo rimbalzato le mie telefonate e le mie mail da una parte all'altra, senza risolvere nulla.
Pessimi.

I ordered a jacket and slides in size 10.5. I was sent the jacket which was noticeably stained and the slides in the wrong size. I wrote into customer support simply requesting they send me non defected items (I wasn't even looking for a refund) and they did not respond to my request. In addition they charged me an INT TAX fee that I was not aware of and they didn't make clear. I am going to be contacting my bank and opening a case with the Better Business Bureau as well. I would strongly advise not shopping at this company. They are expensive, provide awful service and send defected product.

Really bad experience. I strongly avoid all people to avoid this company. They took for ever to deliver the goods. And then they refused to change size on one of the items when we bought for several hundreds of euros. I am so dissaapointed with them and I will never buy something more from North sails.

Ich bestellte im Sale 7 Artikel. Die Bestellung wurde per Email bestätigt und bei Klarna angekündigt. Einen Tag später wurde die gesamte Bestellung von NorthSails storniert, weil ein Kleid angeblich nicht lieferbar war. Ein Artikel war nicht lieferbar und man storniert die gesamte Bestellung. Die Artikel, die ich gern gehabt hätte gibt’s zwei Tage später natürlich alle nicht mehr. Ich bin sauer!
Mein Geld sehen die nicht mehr. Es hat Zeit gekostet, Artikel auszusuchen - diese Zeit kann man sich bei dem Laden wirklich sparen!

Ho acquistato una felpa, purtroppo sbagliando la taglia. Avendo già buttato via la confezione (necessaria per il rimborso essendoci dentro anche l'etichetta per eventuale reso), ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale si è reso subito disponibile e gentilissimo, informandomi che avrei potuto comunque effettuare il reso, ristampandomi l'etichetta e prenotandomi il ritiro programmato con DHL. Dopo qualche giorno mi sono stati riaccreditati i soldi della felpa.
Davvero molto efficienti e super organizzati, qualità che in pochissimi hanno.

La qualità è sempre ottima, le taglie sono imbarazzanti per quanto si siano rimpicciolite negli anni. La cosa che mi ha deluso, è stato l'acquisto sul sito. Per fare un cambio taglia ho dovuto restituire il prodotto e ordinarne un altro, ma quando ho visto che avrei dovuto ripagare le spese di trasporto, ho cambiato store, perchè questo non è un servizio post vendita degno di un brand come North Sails

Ho acquistato una felpa e una polo, entrambi di ottima qualità 100% cotone organico.
Per i nuovi iscritti c'è un buono sconto di 10€ e la spedizione è gratuita per ordini superiori a 80€. Nel pacco ho trovato anche due simpatici omaggi: un sacchetto di cotone e una cannuccia di metallo, entrambi con l'hashtag #GoBeyondPlastic. Questa loro iniziativa di non utilizzare plastica ma solo materiali biodegradabili come la carta per gli imballaggi è molto bella e spero che anche altre aziende seguino il loro esempio.

Comprato tanti prodotti negli ultimi 3 anni,sempre arrivati nei tempi giusti con imballaggi perfetti.
Il marchio e’una garanzia a livello qualità,duraturo e resistente nel tempo.Anche in caso di resi e rimborsi mai avuto nessun problema.Sito eccellente

Bourght a pair of North Sail sneakers model TW/01. They were not cheap 165 $. Used them for 3 month onbord my boat. Now they are ready to throw out, the heel are broken inside, the hole shoe is slappy. Unbelieveble bad quality. I don't understand why N.S. want to risk there reputation with this kind of bad prouduct.

comprato una Polo bianca con colletto blu, dopo un lavaggio leggero delicato a 20 gradi, ci sono tracce di un colletto scuro, macchie viola sulla maglietta bianca!Non credo che questo sia un prodotto di qualità e i coloranti che usano, che hanno lasciato aloni durante un lavaggio delicato! non resta che buttare via la maglia, mio marito indossa sempre delle polo, ma questa è la prima volta che la vedo

Super efficienti, spedizione molto veloce

I am truly happy with my orders. Usually, I'm very critical but once I ordered gifts for my dad and bf, I fell in love with the quality and ordered some t-shirts for myself. I would highly recommend this brand. Shipping is extra fast, materials are great & I think they're underestimating the prices they could've put. As I've said to few people, I believe this is the brand I will order everything I need for it to last from now on.

Ho ordinato dei capi online sul sito North Sails e dopo aver pagato mi sono accorta che i pantaloni che avevo ordinato mi erano stati fatti pagare €45 anziché 40. A questo punto ho scritto una mail al loro servizio clienti spiegando il problema e ho trovato una gentilissima operatrice di nome Francesca che mi ha risposto che il problema era dovuto al fatto che avevo ordinato dal sito global anzichè da quello italiano. Così mi ha proposto 2 alternative per risolvere: 1) annullare l'ordine e rifarlo sul sito italiano; 2) emissione di un buono sconto del valore di €5. Io ho scelto la seconda opzione perché avevo bisogno che la merce mi arrivasse entro venerdì e non volevo che annullando l'ordine passasse un giorno in più. Francesca tra l'altro per far in modo che la merce mi arrivasse per tempo ha anche contattato il magazzino chiedendo di far partire la spedizione entro oggi. Poco fa mi è arrivato un sms da DHL in cui mi avvisano che la spedizione è partita ed è in consegna per venerdì! Più efficienti di così... grazie mille Francesca, non avevo mai trovato un servizio clienti così!
P.S.: sulla qualità dei prodotti North Sails sono abbastanza tranquilla in quanto è una marca che uso da anni.
