Cannot show time with event title
I simply wanted to add time to the display of event titles in a monthly view. This is a standard feature of many calendars on systems I use, Windows and Linux. At first I misunderstood a setting, thinking local time would show what I wanted. So I reported a bug. Support told me that time shows up in a tool tip and cannot be shown on the calendar. Who expects to look for important information like event time in a tool tip? Support was dismissive of me and not helpful. I was told I need to pay $39/year to get the customization needed to add the time in the way I want it. I think it should be in the base package that I paid for. I have put in two feature requests to this effect and they have been simply dismissed or disappeared. This is not good customer support.

We now have MEC running on 4 sites and it is very flexible and combined with Elementor means you can pretty much do anything.

Best WordPress Event Calendar Plugin
After trying a several event calendar I eventually settled on M.E Calendar and that was the best decision. Not only this plugin is so powerful and versatile but the team behind it is superb! A well-designed calendar with a fantastic support team is definitely something you need if you're building a great website. Their page title says "Best WordPress Event Calendar Plugin" and that is definitely true!

We have not received any refund.
We have been using MEC around 5 years in different projects. In our last projct unfortunately, the plugin was not compatible with other essential modules of the website.Therefore within the testing phase we requested a refund, but since March, we have not received any refund. We reached out to the support team, and they have ignored us ever since. Very disappointing.
