Never a client, harassed with tens of spam email messages
I have never used this company nor their services, however, for the past couple of days, I have received messages talking about a password resets, suspicious account activity and continuos request for account details to be sent to them. And, today, I received a message asking me to rate them on this platform after "successfully" having closed a support ticket.
Beware of all these techniques, as they are a huge red flag when a company relies on this kind of activities to "promote" themselves

Rückerstattung erfolglos - Vorsicht wenn ihr euch beim Kauf nicht 100 % sicher seid.
Ich hatte "Modern Events Kalender Pro" und "Tickets and Invoice" gekauft um zu prüfen, ob die Tools für den Verkauf meiner Eventtickets alles mitbringen. Ich benutze bereits die Free-Version, kannte das Tools also schon. Zudem hat man laut AGB die Möglichkeit, in einer Frist von 30 Tagen eine Erstattung zu fordern, wenn das Tool nicht den Anforderungen entspricht. Dies habe ich getan und bereits mehrfach um Erstattung gebeten. Mir wurde immer wieder versichert, dass es ein Ticket für mein Anliegen gibt und sich jemand darum kümmert. Bis heute ist leider nichts passiert. Der Kauf war am 29. März 2024, der Widerruf ist am gleichen Tag erfolgt und wurde am 1. April bestätigt. Nur leider habe ich bis heute das Geld nicht zurück bekommen.
Das Tool ist sicherlich gut, wenn es den gewünschten Anforderungen entspricht. Wie gesagt, die Free-Version benutze ich auch weiterhin. Aber sich an die eigenen Geschäftsbedingungen nicht zu halten, finde ich schlimm. Es geht hier schließlich um fast 200 $.

Several projects. Highly recommend!
I have used Modern Event Calendar for several projects, large and small. It fits most projects right out of the box, but with a little CSS and a little support from Webnus I've done some fantastic calendars. Recommend highly!
