Product not working
Product not working. Layout to list events is amazing, but when you go to a single event the layout is completely crap. Having purchased many additional addons, the Gutenberg one has only functionality to completely crash wordpress (event with MEC as only active plugins, and standard wordpress 6.6.1 theme).

I had an exceptionally poor experience
I had an exceptionally poor experience. I cancelled a subscription for some website software. I was told I could not be refunded. Fine. I was assured I would not be charged again, but was the following year. I disputed the charge and changed my credit card number. Exceptionally poor support via email, which was my only option. I wouldn’t have remember this except that TODAY, 8/27/24, I just received a email asking about my experience, which ranged from March 2022 INTO March 2023. Look for other products than these.
EDIT: 8/30/24 I am adding this portion after Webnus has responded. This is only continues the same circle game. Notice that there is no particular person or case number to reference. It was like starting at ground zero everytime I contacted support, as though no one was capable of referencing the multiple previous messages on the chain. I believe this just reiterates my initial point. I also think two years to be given time to address my concerns is plenty.

I went back and forth with support regarding an issue I was having with repeating events and how many occurrences they had. After about 5 or so emails, they were able to solve my issue.
My only complaint is that support must be based somewhere other than where I am so responses were typically 24 hours.

I've been using MEC Pro and it is indeed very powerful in companion with a few addons to fit my needs. The support has address many of the issues that I've place to them. I recommend MEC Pro to everyone.

MEC Lite satisfies
MEC Lite works as intended and has a good range of costumization option for a free version.
Support for the free version is fast, though I had to clarify my problem multiple times to get more then a standart answer. After that, they provided the help needed.

At first glance, this system seems to be well made, but there are many problems in the details. As a system engineer, I translated entire system into my language, and I have reported many issues and improvement to the support team in a short period. Unfortunately, Support responses are relatively quick, but they are poorly trained and development teams are not available.
I finally found a fatal problem and requested refund.
I had high expectations for this system. It is very disappointing.

Good booking system also for Pilates classes
In order to provide a website with a booking system for Pilates classes for one of my clients, I have been looking for a system for a long time that can meet my requirements and is not overpriced. That's when I came across Moder Event Calendar. I was able to place a booking through the website with notification / reminder to the end customer. An automatic payment system would also work, but was not desired.
I was very satisfied with the range of functions and the support for questions. The price / performance ratio is great.
I would have liked to have made a few texts more variable and the German translation is not complete/correct. But with the good support, some know-how and tricks, it was also possible to get around that.
There are also numerous extensions, which can be booked individually. Personally, I think this is very good, as the solution can be better tailored to personal requirements. In the near future, I also want to test/introduce the customer portal.
Definitely recommended!
