some disappointments about your online help
Overall, your technical support tries to answer my questions seriously and it does. That said, I have a few criticisms to make:
- being French, it is a shame that your site and tutorials are not multilingual,
- your technical support takes about 12 to 15 hours to answer, which is much too long,
- it is a shame that your technical support is not available by chat, it would be easier,
- your Modern Events Calendar software allows too little customization in terms of design,
- despite your addon making the task easier, its compatibility with DIVI is also far too limited.

I habe some problems with my calendar installation and tried to solve it via chat support which did not work so well.

CS support - Modern Events Calendar Plugin
Edit: After posting this here, they took the time to arrange my situation, and everything is working fine now. I can say now that with everything in order, it is a nice working plugin.
The Modern Events Calendar Plugin they sell for wordpress, in extra of all the add-ons such as single page calendar builder for elementor, seemed nice for our touristic location. We installed them on a clean slate wordpress we built this winter, and noticed having the time not being displayed correctly on the events page.
They would keep showing "today's date" only, and still do. We reached out initially a few months ago to ask for their help, as I noticed while searching the web that i wasn't the only one with the same issue.
They asked us to do updates, deactivate each plugin one by one and see how it goes. Unfortunately this didn't help. An agent asked to build a staging site, which we did, so they could investigate further issues on their end. They acknowledged that some functions were acting weird without any other plugins activated, then they just ghosted us out of the blue and stopped responding one month ago. We always remained calm and polite as our goal here is to resolve the situation so i don't understand this behavior and would have expected better from their service.
So beware that the "tech support team" isn't that qualified or know their product well enough to guide you when things go wrong, or at least have the decency to say so. We spent money with them and relied their calendar for events when setting-up shop, but have only gotten trouble ever since and will have to migrate the calendar system to another platform with no solution on their side. I sent a few emails in the last 2 months asking for a follow-up with no answer on their end.

MEC Pro is a fantastic product. Compared to other solutions I have tested, I believe MEC to be the best in its class. I have been using MEC for a client of mine for some years and have found the technical support to be very good, they have found timely solutions to my challenges and have even logged in to my site to help troubleshoot when necessary.
