Ich habe "Modern Events Calendar Pro" und "Tickets and Invoice, Seat, User Dashboard, Elementor FES Builder gekauft, um zu prüfen, ob sie alle für mein Ticket Projekt funktionieren. Laut AGB besteht die Möglichkeit, innerhalb von 30 Tagen eine Erstattung zu beantragen, falls das Produkt nicht den Erwartungen entspricht.
Das habe ich getan und mehrfach um Rückerstattung gebeten. Obwohl mir jedes Mal versichert wurde, dass mein Anliegen aufgenommen wurde und sich jemand darum kümmert, ist bisher nichts passiert. Das geht mittlerweile über eine Woche. Mittlerweile werden Nachrichten im Ticket Chat gelesen und nicht beantwortet.
Tool ist sicherlich gut wenn es den Deutschen Anforderungen entspricht und ich hatte bei meinem Antrag auf Refund noch mehrere Probleme mitgeteilt .Aber die Nichteinhaltung der eigenen Geschäftsbedingungen ist inakzeptabel, vor allem bei einem Betrag von knapp über 300$

Quick & Easy Solution
Tried for days to fix formatting issues on my own and should have reached out to MEC Tech Support sooner! They provided me with a custom code that I could copy and paste - everything was finally looking normal. 10/10 would reach out again if I needed more help.

Not intuitive and support is really slow
After experimenting for a while with the Lite version, I decided to upgrade to Pro.
The reason I chose Modern Events Calendar was ultimately because it was cost effective and seemed to have a lot of choices in how the events calendar could be displayed along with a lot of options.
Sadly setting things up is not very intuitive at all and the explanations of features and settings are incomplete, so achieving the required result is difficult without help.
I addition to things initially not adding to the cart as expected, it also seemed impossible to book multiple occurrences (dates) of the same event in one booking.
This was all down to some settings that are not explained clearly, so I don't feel that is my fault. Understanding the mapping of the cart and checkout was more down to me not "getting it". More experienced developers may not struggle with that.
The Modern Events Calendar plugin for Wordpress is in my opinion lacking thorough documentation. It simply does not go far enough to explain options and settings and support is just way too slow.
After finally receiving the assistance I needed, which took two days, I am starting to win the battle in setting up the software. I still have things to figure out with their assistance but I am moving forward.
Expect to wait 24 hours to get an answer to a ticket that is raised.
This has the potential to be a great plugin if it was supported better and documentation was thorough.
All you have to do is use the problems people experience to guide you in expanding the documentation and explanations or make new tutorial videos.

Great Calendar Plugin and Excellent Support
After a long search for a WordPress Calendar plugin and after having issues with other plugins which could not be resolved or lacking certain functionality, I found MEC Calendar, downloaded the Lite version which had an import feature of calendar data from other plugins, and viola! The speed at which I was able to transform the old plugin data to MEC was astonishing. So, I decided to purchase the Pro version at very reasonable price since it offered many features and options. I contacted support during my evaluation and after purchase, and the responses were fast, clear and helpful. I highly recommend MEC Calendar. 5 Stars are well deserved!
