Only leaving feedback as I was forced to disconnect from my VPN to make a purchase or even add an item to my cart. Defeats the purpose of having a VPN and keeping online secure. Otherwise its all good

10:00 A.M i connect on Black library and see finally the 4 books i have waiting for.
Got them in my cart (Was tidious due to a lot of connexion issues), proceed to payment and, oh, not working ...
Ok, let's do try everything (Reboot IP, Actualising, etc) 15 min later, sorry out of stock. My frustration is around 60/100, so let's only buy the two other books, and oh, still not working Error message when i want to pay... End of the day: an other one was our of stock. Perfect,; Frustration 150/100. Considering the price of this hobby + i was paying (not anymore obviously) Warhammer + i expect to get a service at the level of the price. Missing because i was not here is something, missing because the coding & the site is bad is something else.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, the website UI is very clean and easy to use and the model selection is great.

Unable to log in and buy anything, website keeps crashing, had to log in as guest to do any purchases. All the scalpers got in and bought everything though, website probably working as they intended

I feel the company's quality has gone down these last years. While their products have always been expensive, their customer service has gotten worse and less helpfull, their website bugs out so often it makes ordering products a nightmare, especially limited products.
I love the universe and the fun i have with friends in it. But with the company it's more and more difficult to feel satisfied.

The e shop was dysfunctional as hell, due to pre order
You push the fomo way too far, it becomes stressful tu purchase some products ( I came for just a book this time!), though I'm one of the so many regular customers

Always very polite and very helpful, reply quick and professionally, GW are really good at customer service and there products are amazing I highly recommend them

I entered my name, number and city several times, I didn't realise it only searched if you put the full address of the store in. I am very disappointed, and I will think twice before ordering online with you again. And now I have to jump thru too many hoops to leave a comment, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

I made a purchase that I shortly after regretted, Games Workshop were really helpful and gave me a full refund without any issue. Really nice company.

I was only missing a singular part and within a few hours I not only had a response but they sent me an entirely new set

UPDATED REVIEW: GW Customer service escalated to higher up and resolved the issue, annoying to have to go through it in the first place but appreciated that it got resolved!

Redeemed a voucher, all went through fine, waited several days for no delivery, looked in my account only to find the order had glitched and no order was placed, went to reorder the item with the same voucher which went through with an order number and success message, to then have the order immediately refunded, customer support refused to honour the voucher although it was redeemed in date on the first order, supplied screenshots of the voucher in use but Games workshop really couldnt care less about their customer, if it hurts their bottom line then you DO NOT exist to them, a true example of a greedy company ONLY interested in money and not the people who make it for them

This website is perfect for the easy way to order, to aknowlege all the core infos about Gamesworkshop and Warhammer brand. I ordered a lor of minis here, never had problems. And if i would ever have any, i am pretty sure the assistance will be quick and efficent.

Commande faite en magasin, comme toujours ils sont à l'écoute, donnent de bons conseils autant en peinture qu'en armée.
