Great prices on all products. If you do have a problem, which is very rare, it is always rectified promptly. Wouldn't go anywhere else for paint.

Customer service very swift and keen to help
Wrong items shipped. Customer service very swift and keen to rectify issue, although disappointingly it ended in a refund rather than provision of the right item. Apparently this was a manufacturer issue rather than the vendors as they placed the wrong item in packaging marked correctly but containing wrong parts.

Came very quickly
Came very quickly. Lots of effort in the packaging and smaller gifts like a sweet. Will definitely order from them again whenever the need arises.

Had an issue with a paint set which contained some duplicates, not the fault of the team at Element but they next day delivered the missing items.
