Had new fibre optic wire fitted to receive Voneus.
Work was done by two very helpful , polite & professional young men, Mitchell & Owen.
They knew exactly how to fit the wire with the minimum if disruption. Took time to find a way to go under carpet without damaging.
I was very impressed by their work & the care they took. Highly recommend.

To save paying the subscription to BT for the landline we switched to VOIP offered by Voneus, our broadband provider, for a small monthly fee. Voneus sent us an RJ11 adapter with no explanation on how to attach it to the router and telephone cradle (hence 4 stars rather than 5) so I called Voneus and spoke to Kanya, their customer service agent, who was very patient, clear in his explanations and who made a number of helpful suggestions given that unusually, our router is located in an attic. It was a three stage process requiring Kanya to call me back at pre-agreed intervals, which he did without fail. We now have VOIP up and running and are saving more than £30 per month.

My landline was down due to a storm that brought the broadband down for a few days. When the broadband came back on, the landline didn't.
Ziyanda was very helpful and soon got my landline back up again. It had dropped its speed so the landline stopped working. It was all sorted within 20 minutes.

Very positive experience with the Voneus tech team today. Had a problem with Mac mini not linking with Tidal Music and failing to stream to Wiim. Enter the brilliant tech guy Kanya! He made various changes to settings/connectivity, and all works perfectly. Excellent work, thanks to Kanya.

Simon and Dan did a great job with our installation. Punctual, polite and flexible. Ours is an old house with very thick walls but that proved to be no problem to them. Would recommend.

Voneus is a new company for Full-Fibre Broadband and is a lot cheaper than Sky Broadband, Voneus doesn't slow down your internet speed - unlike Sky Broadband does.

I had a (self inflicted) problem with my router. Emailed tech support and had a phone call hours later.
Andiswa from Voneus was exceptional, didn't treat me like a child, calm phone manner, sorted the problem and offered additional support with a separate issue.

It's the first time I've needed support from Voneus since I joined 2 years ago.. and it was my fault... hah.

Great help from Nokwanda sorting out a speed issue for me. Really professional and caring service.

Spoke to Mandisi who was helpful, clear, concise, knowledgeable, friendly. More importantly, he was able to arrange for an engineer to attend at short notice which sorted the problem out. He also helped with another, related issue. Very impressive.

I was having trouble connecting my heat pump app to a new Voneus router. The Voneus engineer made changes to the router as requested by the heat pump engineers and held on the line to make sure further adjustments were not needed. As there was a delay as new heat pump software was installed the Voneus engineer phoned back to ensure connection was successful.

Installation was great, no fuss or disruption and super helpful. Owen and Mitchell catered to our requirements for the installation happily and it was completed really quickly.
