Frustrated and annoyed with technical issues i called the helpline where i was assisted by a lady called Andwisa. Andwisa was cheerful, charming and very competent. My mood lifted and technical issues were resolved. A shining example of customer service. Andwisa deserves a pay rise, fully expensed company car and two extra weeks paid holiday a year!

Luke was extremely polite & work quickly and efficiently very helpful with every he did a credit to your company

Terrible service despite making several complaints to customer service. Even after having “engineer” out to check all is ok and being told it’s fine, it drops out constantly. Totally useless avoid!!!

The engineers - Gareth and Dan -were very friendly and helpful. They spoke to me about the work all the way through to make sure I was happy with it. They tidied up afterwards and everything works.

Recently had my Voneus fibre 250mbps connected by Dan and Zack, who were very polite and professional. The installation took approximately 30mins. Very happy with the connection and installation, would recommend.

This is a complex issue with Sonos speakers on a network. Mandisi was very helpful and we thought it was solved, but it is not. I cannot fault the service - he tried to help, but it needs more work.

I was experiencing a fault with our Internet signal. Our provider is Voneus, I phoned their help line and spoke to Pearl Tom. Her immediate response and her confident manner quickly assured me that here was an individual who knew what she was talking about .Her advice enabled me to restore internet connection , Pearl Tom is s credit to the Voneus organisation,

Easy to deal with, with real people to talk to. Everything that was promised was delivered and the switch from the previous owners to us worked well.
Sadly the speeds available, whilst mostly adequate do not match a fibre connection and we are struggling a bit for work related items. We will have to see how this goes over the next few weeks.

Randy was very patient and talked me through everything - he was very helpful. Our router had been turned off (at the mains) inadvertently and he talked us through all the steps to take to get it working again. We're now connected to the outside world again and we're very grateful!

Great customer service. When my speeds dropped significantly they worked through the issue and got an engineering team out to replace hardware and connections. Solved the problem and genuinely felt like giving customers the speeds they are paying for is top priority.
