Excellent customer service
The Gigaclear representative Lily was brilliant. I was unable to speak with her on her initial call to me. We arranged a time for her to follow up and she did. Lilly was knowledgeable, professional and made sure we understood our options. Lily answered all our questions. Lilly made the renewal process seamless. Well done Lilly.
Customer services lovely, but shame about Giagaclear re-contract pricing
Spoke to customer service and Anil was very helpful and polite and giving me a good deal, so I have stayed...but....
Would be 5 stars but really disappointed with Gigaclear policy, trying to put my broadband fee up by almost double, it’s a shame Gigaclear didn’t value my loyalty enough to just offer me a sensible re-contract price in the first place!
Disappointed
Signed up in January, recommended by our neighbours who have had it installed.
We live near to Abingdon and wanted to support a local company, the price and speed advertised was great.
After three months of having installation rescheduled several times, usually at short notice with no real explanation (a blockage was all they could say), we lost confidence in the company and decided to terminate the contract.
It appears to be a good service - just a shame they couldn’t manage to connect us despite several of our neighbours being customers.
A strange way to try retain customers.
I've had a very similar experience to other reviewers. Was advised, at fairly short notice, my contract was ending and quoted a very high monthly cost to remain with Gigaclear. When I contacted the company to end my contract (I only had a day to ensure I could give the required months notice) I was talked around by a member of the loyalty team (who was good). At that point I was offered a competitive deal. An unusual way to retain customer loyalty. I was very close to going to another provider - even at a slightly higher cost after receiving the communications I did from Gigaclear.
Hyperfast service
Well first of all the lovely lady was super cheerful and very quick to help . My new 900 package was sorted hyperfast amd saved me money so even better . I have new equipment coming to make the signal even better . I have nothing bad to say great experience great customer service I have been with gigaclear for a few years now and its a top class provider

Consistently brilliant service
I have been very happy with the service I received from gigaclear over the past 19 months. I had no contact with customer service before today, due to everything running smoothly.
I can finally comment on this area now that I have renewed my contract.
I was grateful for the call I received from the very helpful and pleasant Lewis, as I would inevitably forget to secure a better deal on my own accord.
I would have continued to pay full price had I not received the call, so I was delighted for the savings I am now making.
Lewis made the process far less tedious and was brilliant in answering my questions. I struggle with using the phone overall but dealing with employees like Lewis definitely makes it easier.
I could not be happier with my experience of Gigaclear, from the value for money, to the quality of the service and now the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this provider.

Quick and efficient support with reliable service
I needed to call for support and the phone was answered quickly by Lucy who was able to handle everything efficiently. We have both broadband and home phone service and both have operated as expected without any problems. I would recommend.
Some delays out of their control, but they still got us set up as soon as they could.
We had some delays due to weather, but they managed to get us connected as soon as possible when the weather was clear. Alisha from the customer service team was brilliant and our installer was very kind and efficient. Internet is fast and stable.
OMG!
No work had taken place on day they were not supposed to arrive they arrived unenexpected or invited and lifted a Thames Water Manhole belonging to another property appeared to be dodgy, scruffy and untrained, I halted any planned work to take place within cooling off period as I did not believe the workmen knew what they were doing, they sat in the van for 20 minutes left a dirty great big cable outside property and then left....thank goodness I changed my mind!

Madan on the other hand explained everything clearly and was happy to repeat anything I wasn't sure about . The set up was quick and straight forward and all done in one phone call , with no pressure to buy other products or add ones like Sky seemed to more interested in than resolving the problem . Gigaclear are a very good company
Gigaclear are a very good company but through a misunderstanding on my part, I decided to go with another provider.
Hollie from Gigaclear contacted me to see if I had any issues and very quickly clarified everything with me and persuaded me to stay with them . She was happy to contact me the following day to finalise everything, and it all went smoothly and I as very simple with no complications.
Hollie was very sweet and courteous, and not pushy at all .
She gave excellent customer care, and was a very good ‘advert’ for Gigaclear
I highly recommend this company and would want to communicate with hollie if I ever have an issue . Thank you so much Hollie for your guidance !!
Great service from Lewis on the loyalty team
Great service from Lewis on the loyalty team who found me a good deal to sign-up for another 18-months. A shame Gigaclear adopt the policy similar to so many other providers of automatically increasing your monthly fees at the end of your contract instead of sustaining them at the same level. Presumably the number of customers they lose through this ridiculous practice is made up for by the number who just pay the increase without questioning it!
Gigaclear need to offer good loyalty…
Gigaclear need to offer good loyalty prices at the start. I ended up cancelling and setting up elsewhere as the loyalty was an extra £20 a month. However Lewis sent me an email offering me much better discounts and I decided to stay. I didn't really want to leave but with how costs currently are I couldn't have justified the increase. So glad they offered a better deal.

After sales service mending my severed cable was speedy and handled in an extremely friendly way by all concerned.
One star missing because the cable I cut was only 3" below ground and was not marked or protected in any way. A frequent happening apparently. "Been gardening have you" said the engineer when he arrived.
