There was a problem with a delivery charge that seller reduced, but Vinterior did not, so that was an unnecessary frustrating complication
Apart from that all was good with website, sellers, and items purchased.

Nice item - shame about literally everything else.
I bought a beautiful record cabinet from Vinterior, but the beauty of the item itself is the only good thing I have to say about the experience!
The first surprise was an unexpected "service fee" for getting to use the site; the second was the compulsory overpriced third-party delivery service (I wasn't able to arrange my own); the third was the atrocious communication from said delivery company, and the fact that, despite the extortionate delivery fee, I still had to carry the item 3 flights on stairs myself; the fourth surprise was that I needed to create an account to confirm delivery; the fifth (and final) was that, upon reaching out to confirm delivery via email instead, an automated AI-assistant responded to my email by parroting everything I'd said back at me.
There is nothing here to recommend this company to anyone; search elsewhere, if you can. I've given it 2 stars instead of 1 as the only positive thing about this company is that it doesn't appear to be a scam.

The site over charges commissions and fees from both buyers & sellers which means the items for sale are overpriced.
The same items can be found for sale on other websites, from the same sellers for much lower prices.
Vinterior also censors discussions & messages between buyers and sellers which makes a mockery of the entire process.

Smooth service and easy troubleshooting
Really easy to communicate with the vendor and set up delivery. There was a mix-up with the courier (no one's fault) but both the vendor and Vinterior were quick to help sort it out and I got my furniture with no further trouble. Very happy.

I've used Vinterior many times in the…
I've used Vinterior many times in the past but sadly this may be my last time. The coffee table I ordered and the seller were good. What I find cheeky is the added fee that Vinterior has come up with to add on top of all purchases, which seems to come in around 7% on my purchase. Now this is on top of the fee that sellers are charged already. To. claim that this is to improve service begs credibility, it feels like just another way for Interior to pad its profits. And at the end of the day it comes out of the sellers and buyers pockets as it all costs more.

Good communication with seller when…
Good communication with seller when there was a slight problem but I was pleased with the outcome. The Proovia courier company was very good. Polite delivery men who took the item and put it in my bedroom for me. Brilliant. Would use Vinterior again.

Good choice of items and communication…
Good choice of items and communication with sellers.
Downside is the amount Vinterior added on to buy the items. Two tables cost me over £80 additional cost so is make me think twice about the site again.
Very happy with the products however.
