Our journey began 8 years ago in Birmingham, with a single container, a brave man, a Sprinter van, and a dispatcher fueled by enthusiasm and a dream. Through hard work and unwavering determination, that dream gradually transformed into reality. Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Great delivery company

Great delivery company, had a text before (earlier than expected) so messaged them back saying I'm on my way. Due to traffic I was late, and guys were more than happy to wait. Cooker was delivered straight to my kitchen without any problems.

Good comms and updates, good guys.

Good communications and updates during the shipment. The office was quick to respond to my query. This in itself gives confidence.
The driver -Cristian A, and his assistant, were chatty, polite and courteous, and careful with my delicate delivery.
Thank you.
Will use again.

Safe delivery of a table

The delivery of our table was made on the notified date in the agreed timeslot. The packaging was undamaged and the table was delivered in good condition to the dining room where it could be unwrapped. The delivery staff were efficient, helpful and careful in their handling of the goods.

Have to say excellent service

Finally a clear courier service. It was good to see where the goods were coming from. I got a time slot on the actual day, but better than that I had the make and number plate of the delivery van. So I could spot it amongst all the other vans. So thank you. Nice delivery driver ,it was a heavy package. The package was lightly late, but it was coming from a very long way plus the motorways around Portsmouth are all up and badly speed restricted. Best service I’ve ever used.
