Very pleased with my vintage lamp
I found a beautiful Chinese porcelain lamp, very large and in good working order at an excellent price. The seller quickly answered my questions regarding the condition. It was packed carefully and posted and delivered speedily.

I bought an item but I did not receive…
I bought an item but I did not receive it. The customer service interceded to resolve but the seller became unresponsive and did not post the item. I did receive a full refund but I was extremely disappointed with yhe fact that the seller did not fulfill the order and did not seem to care at all about it. My surprise was to find out that the seller is still there on the website advertising other items to sell. This does not send a strong message to sellers, who are not serious about what they do. I would have left a review about this seller on the website to make other buyers aware of what has happened but unfortunately I can't as reviews are apparently only allowed when the item has been delivered. This is also disappointing and something that should be changed to ensure full transparency and strict compliance and prevent buyers for entering business with sellers that are untrustworthy.

Honestly the seller could not have been better. There was a problem where the item was damaged on delivery. The customer service could not have been better. It was totally not their fault! They arranged for it to go back, be repaired and it is everything we wanted. Great quality, incredible customer service.

A bizarre and exhausting customer service experience
We bought a vintage chest advertised as including its original key. It arrived with the top drawer locked and no key.
The seller later admitted they knew before the sale that the key was missing but had failed to ensure the listing was corrected.
Vinterior’s customer service made a straightforward complaint exhausting. Their proposed refund changed several times, including one lower offer that they later dismissed as a “typographical error” despite having been clearly broken down in writing. I also had to chase them, repeat myself and ask for escalation.
Eventually I accepted a partial refund mainly because I was fed up with the whole process.

Receiving a locked piece of furniture without its key is bad enough, but having to navigate a confusing, back-and-forth customer service process afterward is completely unacceptable. You should never have had to chase us for updates, repeat yourself, or deal with inconsistent refund figures. A "typographical error" on a financial resolution only adds unnecessary stress, and we deeply regret that we made a simple issue feel like an ordeal.
While we are glad a resolution was eventually reached, accepting an offer simply out of fatigue is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Feedback like yours is vital in helping us learn and improve as a business, as it allows us to hold both our sellers and our support team accountable.

I have bought a lot of items through Vinterior but as with everything else prices are going up. What a pity as one likes to think we are getting a bargain when buying but no longer.
