The delivery was good, however the product itself wasn’t.
Poorly made, as the doors do not fall inline with each other.

First off, product is not fit for purpose! Design fault with patio chair set. Storage footstool does not fit under chairs as advertised. Bought for small balcony to store cushions, and pull out footstools for a more relaxed when required. The footstools don’t slide underneath, they are too big!

Customer service is absolutely useless, I’ve emailed several times with the problem, got a generic response of we’re looking into it”. But nothing!
Rang a few times, did get someone once who spoke some English to understand my issues.
Got told to send a video (?🤷‍♀️) of the issues (like the original pictures, and explanation, already sent wasn’t enough).
Done this anyway and sent as asked - and heard absolutely NOTHING!
Never buy off these guys, do your homework, inferior products being sold, useless, time wasting, inferior products at an inflated price, useless customer service, goods not fit for purpose, but not CHEAP - paid over £500 for a few unusable chairs.

I was sent an email to review an order id received, then would be given a £20 voucher which I there would be a catch but there wasn’t, so I brought this beautiful mirror id had my eye on for months.
Delivery was very quick and the mirror was packaged very well, I couldn’t be happier and its added a lovely touch to the front room
