Communication was great
Communication was great, staff were polite and easy to understand explaining everything fully and answering my questions. The price was lower than my renewal which was the reason for moving insurers.
Obviously I haven't had to use the insurance yet as I have just taken it out so cannot comment on their service regarding that, but hopefully it would be as smooth as everything else has been.

No problem with this insurance
No problem with this insurance. They work with my vets so it's very easy to use. I have used it twice for very small claims. But I didn't know if I was going to need more appointments. I'm glad I didn't but it would have been covered.

Very helpful in a difficult situation
Having recently suffered a serious personal loss, I was very emotional. I adopted a puppy from a dog rescue, to help look forward to the future, both for me and the puppy.
I was treated with kindness and empathy by the lady spoke with on the phone. She helped me organize the pet insurance and was very helpful going over things several times with me to make sure I understood. I also like the fact that they deal with the vet directly.
