Napo have been amazing, the empathy shown after the loss of or beloved Mabel has been outstanding. The whole process of claiming has been easy to navigate and communication with Napo has been excellent and prompt. Thank you to Coron & Fiona who have been very understanding and supportive during our difficult time.

Great company, wouldn’t use anyone else for pet insurance.

I wrote 2 negative reviews on Napo regarding the them declining a claim for my dogs dental procedure which was unfair and the wrong decision, the second review was just an update to the first one but the first review that had all the details of my experience has now been deleted and not by me !! So I’ll put it on again briefly, 3 years ago my dog had some teeth out which we paid for ourselves after which we thought it’d be a good idea to take some insurance that covered dental which Napo use as a big selling point so we chose Napo to cover our our two dogs, recently she needed more teeth extracting due to been loose and we told the vet that’s fine our insurance covers dental work but due to having teeth out 3 years ago it was declined due to been an existing condition, how can it be existing when the first lot of teeth had gone 3 years ago, its beyond me, there’s so many clauses in the policy it’s easy for them to decline, I complained numerous times but you don’t even get a reply, hope this helps someone been mislead

Very easy and quick, the vet handled the claim directly and Napo covered 100% of costs.

This removed a huge amount of worry and allowed me to focus entirely on my pet who was recovering after surgery.

Would recommend, just research the best type of insurance your pet might require.

I had a concern after one of my dogs decided to take my other dogs medication, I utilised the Napo vet consultation for advice and was quickly and excellently given reassuring advice and a plan of action should I need it to manage my dogs misadventure. It’s an excellent service for quick and effective advice from a vet and easily accessible through Napo insurance

I had a video app with the vet for my border terrier. She was very thorough. Ahe said what it could be and wasn't overly concerned but if the symptoms got worse to visit the vet. Put my mind at ease. Thank you

Great service, very fast, very useful.

I've just completed the online application form to get a quote for my 2 dogs.at the end of which all I got was a "sorry we are unable to insure your dogs". No explanation as to why. How hard can it be to give a reason? Very poor response. My dogs are aged 12 and 13. Two small terriers not banned breed and only one claim each over 13 years. I'm guessing computer saw ages and said NO. But would be nice to know why. All the insurance companies i've used in all those years will have made profit from me - including the company who paid the one claim. I paid out more than received every year.

​I have been with Napo for several years now and have always had a smooth experience, but their support during a recent health scare with my cat was truly exceptional.
​My cat became quite ill, and I ended up spending nearly £2,500 on various diagnostic tests and treatments. Dealing with a sick pet is stressful enough without having to worry about the financial burden, but Napo made the entire process seamless.
​I was honestly shocked by how quickly the claim was approved. After years of being a loyal customer, it is so reassuring to know that they truly have your back when you need them most. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any pet owner looking for reliable, fast, and supportive insurance.

The call was so helpful, and it being available 24/7 is incredible. If you have any worries and your vets are closed, you can get it confirmed if you need to pay for an emergency vet or not and then if you don't need to, it saves having to spend all that money which isn't easy when it's not planned and it just puts your mind at ease. I know if I didn't have this call, I wouldn't have slept well worrying about my little baby but with this call, it took that worry and stress away.

We were so worried about claiming and whether it would be paid. Once the claim was submitted I was advised it may be upto 2 wks. Less than 2 hrs later the claim was approved!
