Been with Vetsure for 10 years
Been with Vetsure for 10 years with our cat and they are superb. We've made two claims and both times paid out with no quibbling.
One time they made a billing mistake and sent our cat a little apology gift, which was a nice touch.
They are slightly more expensive than others but I trust Vetsure from what I have seen.

Have had a policy with them for 2 years for our 7 year old labrador. Selected them after detailed comparison of coverage and costs and reviews across several companies. Premium policy so not cheap but policy covers covers good amounts per condition and a range of extra services such as hydrotherapy. Worth every penny. Our dog has developed some ongoing problems with his front legs and they have responded very helpfully and efficiently and the initial claim of about £2k for vet and CT costs has been settled very rapidly. Completely recommend.
