I am very happy to have been professionally served in a warranty claim with my Remington MB050 trimmer.
Ambra and Aernout did a great job in (1) verifying, (2) acknowledging active warranty and (3) providing me with a replacement unit. Even when the carrier failed to deliver the small parcel at my door, they (4) re-initiated the shipment instantly. All communication very prompt and with a clear message to me as a customer.

Great customer service. I have used various Remington products for years and they are always in my opinion better than higher range products. I choose Remington products because they are great value and are good quality and I have always received brilliant customer service. The service as always was excellent when I had to contact customers services with an issue recently. Both Eduard and Cristi where very helpful and rectified the issue I had. Would definitely recommend Remington to friends for both quality of products and great customer service.

Hassle free replacement for faulty shaver all done with a quick phone call and an email.
I have used this company for several years now since I sent a shaver in for repair (I had lost the receipt) and a few days later a new one arrived with a nice letter. They had checked the date of manufacture and it was still under warranty.
This level of support puts other companies to shame.

Communication was easy and fast reply sorted my faulty product within a few days and sent a replacement very good customer care

Remington dealt with my problem quickly and communication was great.

I made a mistake and they replaced and no cost to me. But it makes you think how they can afford to do it. It’s because they over price every thing to a ridiculous degree. Like Epson sells a printer at minimal profit then rakes it in on replacement cartridges.

My straightener was faulty and i contacted Remington to explain that I hadn’t had them a year and they were overheating and now I am waiting for a Replacement the customer service is excellent they were so helpful

The team at Remington were very thorough. I needed to do some videos of faulty equipment. All resolved and a new hair straighteners are being dispatched

I contacted to look at purchasing a spare part for.my hair dryer which was not possible but the Remington advisor looked into the problem and after being advised to send proof of purchase and photos of the problem resolved with total replacement. Great customer service

I have used Remington beard trimmers and over time the batteries get weaker which is OK. My recent one however stopped working after just 12 months use so I contacted Customer services who gladly helped and replaced my device. Ambra was very helpful in this process and I am once again very satisfied with my Remington product. Thank-you!

Claim was being made on a product that was still within the warranty period. Emails I received from Customer Service with regard to this were courteous and extremely helpful detailing what information was needed to expedite my claim. My initial email was sent on 14th and claim was settled on 19th. Which was exceptional considering there are no Customer Services Sat/Sun
