Its a SCAM company
Its a SCAM company, misleading, stay away from them! They charge you a hidden "processing fee" which is no where to be found at checkout. Maybe it is written somewhere but it wasn't clear. See if you can spot it.

Scammers, do not order from this company
This company is a scam. I ordered an item for £11.95 with free shipping and got charged an extra £19.94 for 'Services and shipping' and what they call an 'Eco-charge'.
Then a few months later they try take another £30 out of my account for no reason whatsoever.
Absolute disgrace of a company and I look forward to reporting them to UK Trading Standards.

Purchased a smart phone from this…
Purchased a smart phone from this company. There were hidden charges not shown at checkout, (illegal). What should have cost me about £10 actually cost £29.60. The product arrived today, it will not charge up, the instructions are so minute as to be illegible. You cannot read them. This company is a scam unit and unless I receive a refund I will continue to highlight what a sham they are.

The worst company I have ever encountered. AVOID!
I placed an order with Ozerty UK and they charged me over double the price, stated on the order! I contacted the customer service department who were absolutely useless and no help. The whole experience was a nightmare and very stressful. You cannot trust this company. Avoid at all costs and do not do buy for them. They are the worst company ever.

I ordered a Senior Smart watch for £9.49 & was shocked to see an additional amount of £13.95 added to the bill for "services". I tried to cancel the order. It was impossible.
This is a dreadful company to deal with, and not at all "Senior" friendly. When the watch arrived I was unable to get it to work - neither could my son-in-law or grandson. The user leaflet was in such small print - it was illegible. I abandoned the watch in despair. It seemed impossible to return it. I then had an email from Ozerty offering me £5 of my next purchase..............

Liars, I went in to see a product and gave up because of their huge fees, but they somehow saved my data and after half an hour they confirmed an order I didn't make. I wrote to them to return my money, but a woman began to develop theories about how they could not return my money, but I had to receive what I supposedly ordered and return it to them. You don't even log in to their site. Scammers and data thieves and you don't know how much money they will take from you and for what.

Frauds. The fact after aborting my order…
The fact after aborting my order because l was not totally happy giving card details to pay. Then l started getting messages from my bank Nationwide saying that they had tried taking money out my account 4 times. Even though l hadn’t completed the order.

Do not fooled by their cheap offers!!!
Please read all the other negative reviews (I wish I had) and avoid this company like the plague! No mention of the extra charges (apparently environmental fees???) after you go to checkout! Then they set up the payment with your bank as a standing order for monthly subscription payments whether you have bought anything or not!! Luckily my bank brought it to my attention and have refused any payment to this shameful company. Have cancelled my debit card so the details cannot be used again by this company and now I am without a card until the new one arrives. Better than being robbed though! Dreadful that this is allowed to carry on.

Said item was post and package free. On receiving order confirmation £13.95 was added for ‘services’. Immediately tried to cancel but was told order being processed couldn’t cancel. Been emailing constantly and all they will do is refund amount of item which was£9.49 if I pay over £15 to return it to China. Item is poor quality and badly packaged - wish I’d seen reviews before purchasing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

SCAMMERS they take more money from your bank
I ordered a step counter for a gift and got a second one at a reduced price total should have been £14.80 they took 2 transactions totalling 28.75. I asked them to refund the difference they refused I ask that they immediately cancel the order and refund they refused said they had already been dispatched they hadn't. They said wait until delivered then you can return I said not if your going to charge return postage. Guess what items delivered 10days later in damaged packaging on 48hr tracked postage from an address in reading yet in order to return I have to pay for tracked return postage to a place in CHINA. This is one big scam and I wish I had seen the reviews first DO NOT USE this company. Now registering a dispute via my bank. Something needs to be done about these SCAMMERS

As with all the actual customer reviews, they tried to make multiple debits on my card, which I have cancelled, and amount deducted for the item purchased was more than expected courtesy of their "Services" charge, not clearly stipulated but apparently buried in the small print. Having read some of the, so called, good reviews I can only imagine that they write them themselves.

I'm surprised they're still allowed to…
I'm surprised they're still allowed to operate. They put false payments through on your bank account. I bought an item for £11.49 and was charged an extra £18.95 'Eco Charge' which they won't refund. 6 weeks later I was charged another £29.99 as I had somehow signed up for their Premium Service subscription, which they have now cancelled and refunded.

Ordered a kitchen knife with a price of £11.49 listed on their web page. I was amazed when I saw the final invoice that they had added an eco charge of £13.95 making a total purchase price of £25.44. Tried to cancel the order, but they said the order had been processed so were unable to cancel.

Scam, will use your card details if left in basket!
Scam, took my card details off an abandoned basket and charged me twice for something I didn't order. [Update added 11/12/25] Please, anyone who reads their reply to my review below [added 6 months later I may add] DO NOT order from this company, DO NOT add your card details into their website either. Their suggestion to help me with my order below is misleading. Just Google them, they track you entering card info and then use it to place orders illegally, they are known for it! This is a scam. OZERTY have replied again today below stating that what im suggesting is not possible which is misleading, it is possible. Perhaps they can explain why they trade in multiple countries under different domains, each one has nothing but 1 star trust pilot reviews [hundreds of them] ALL for either identical issues to mine of taking money on abandoned carts (which IS possible and IS illegal!) or for taking multiple payments over long periods of time out of peoples accounts and hidden subscription fees. Or is EVERY SINGLE customer you deal with lying Ozerty?

We understand your frustration, but accusing a business of being a scam is a very serious allegation, and it should not be made lightly.
What you describe—abandoning a cart and then being charged without ever entering your card details—is simply not technically possible. If your card was used without authorization, it is far more likely that the compromise happened elsewhere, but certainly not through our website.
We operate on Shopify, and we never have access to customers’ card numbers. Payments are processed exclusively by regulated gateways under Visa, Mastercard, and Amex rules. Due to PCI DSS compliance, neither merchants nor hackers can retrieve card details from Shopify systems.
In simple terms: we cannot charge a card we do not have access to.
Regarding reviews, we do not use Trustpilot’s paid tools to collect feedback from all customers. As a result, only upset customers tend to post here—which is why even companies like Apple or Amazon show similar patterns when they do not use Trustpilot’s paid services.
Your situation matters, and we would have addressed it immediately at the time. But claims that we “track and use card details illegally” are completely false and technically impossible.

As soon as I saw the ridiculous eco charge, I cancelled my purchase (as it seemed like a scam at this point) however 2 days later they still proceeded to send me the item and refused to refund the 15 pound extra charge fora 9 pound item.
