DON'T USE! This company is a total scam. My own fault for not reading reviews before I purchasd. I bought shoes for £12 and then was charged an extra £13.95 for "environmental reasons". It became too difficult to challenge them and get my extra money back. My mistake in buying from this dreadful company.

If I could provide minus stars for this company I would. BUYER BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. They are charlatans, take your money, charge you excessive postage (under the guise of free UK delivery), then you get stung for some kind of eco postage so you end up paying the balance up to £20 for an £8 order! Their return is at your own expense, and back to China at £15 charge when the item is shipped from Reading, UK - and the transaction itself is taken in the US - these people are scammers!! The item is NOT what I thought I was buying, arrived in tatty wrapping, cheap and nasty piece of absolute rubbish - do NOT deal with this company on any level. BUYER BEWARE - this is a Chinese company at its absolute worst. Absolutely disgraceful

Scammers, AVOID!
I ordered an item which cost £6.50. Payment page ok then stuck on a pop up asking what additional choice did I want. I did not want any of the choices but no option to move on or away from this pop up. Could not go back to cancel order, so closed the window. I have been charged an additional £13.95 for, as far as I can see, nothing. I contacted the company as soon as the confirmation email arrived to say I wanted to cancel the order, they refused to do so. This is a scam company, avoid like the plague. Not sure how they are getting away with robbing customers in broad daylight.

Hidden Charges and Poor Transparency
I rarely write reviews—especially negative ones—but my recent experience with Ozerty UK was simply unacceptable. I purchased an item for under £10, only to discover that my credit card had been charged over £23. Even the payment confirmation page showed a total of less than £10. To make matters worse, I haven’t received any confirmation email as of the time of writing.
Customer service did respond promptly, explaining that the extra charge was an "eco charge" mentioned on their website. While I did notice a reference to such a fee, the exact amount was never disclosed during the checkout process.
Naturally, I tried to cancel the order, but was told that wasn’t possible—even though it hadn’t been dispatched. I was advised to return the item once received, but based on this experience, I’m not optimistic.
Given the overwhelming number of negative reviews, I now regret not doing more research beforehand.

This is clearly a scam.
They apply charges that you don't consent to. I can see similar reviews. We should report this!
I was charged before actually completing the checkout process (made intentionally vague).
Multiple pop ups appear even after you select a free delivery option.
The customer service bot replied to say the £13.95 extra charge was an ECO charge saying "We understand that this information might have been overlooked, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused"
This was after many emails asking them to cancel my order.

As with previous reviews, additional costs were added after I had given my debit card details. Ozerty UK refused my immediate cancellation instruction and I have raised it as an issue with the Trading Standards Office.

Keep away from this company at all costs. Cheap unwearable shoes/sandles. My cost was £38 made me pay for return shipping. Offering £9 refund! After 4 months still saying technical problems can't process the refund! Can't believe they are allowed to behave like this with no consequences & still being able to promote their products online. Make sure your bank takes their details off your account. If they have access nothing would surprise me what they would get up to.

Would give it no stars if I could
Would give it no stars if I could. They are thieves and scammers. Ordered a small item in October 2024 and then without permission they took an extra £32. Since then they have taken 2 payments of £29.99 as continuous payments. At their 3rd attempt our bank declined the payments and contacted us. Bank issued a new debit card but Ozerty have obtained details of new card. This has now happened 4 times and the bank say the only way we can stop this is to close our account and open a new one. We then have to notify our pension providers and and utility companies which we pay by direct debit or standing order. Surely, someone must be able to stop these crooks from robbing people

I decided NOT to finalise a purchase through this company's site after browsing a product and coming close to making the purchase. The company proceeded to charge me however for the product i had been considering without authorisation and added hefty additional fees - all without permission. Customer service was deliberately obtuse when i immediately reported this on the same day, refused to recall the product despite being contacted within minutes and i had to turn to my bank to alert of this fraudulent payment.

SCAMMERS SCAMMED ME WITH HIDDEN CHARGES OF EXTORTIONATE COSTS BEFORE I REALISED.
Emailed company immediately asking to cancel the order all other online companies that I have ever used before have this service in place and it has NEVER been an issue! IT IS WITH THESE SCAMMERS, played ping pong emails back and forth with no substance or resolution.
Telephoned my bank to cancel the transaction on Credit Card which I was unable to cancel.
Still haven’t received the goods 2 weeks later now receiving email saying there’s a delay, WOW WHAT A SURPRISE!!

When I received the order confirm email from them I ased them to cancel the order right away. The sales process is misleading and hidden 'service' charge (in my case £13.95 on a £6.95 free delivery product!) The total charge at the end of the online sales process was £6.95. Upon checking my credit card app, the actual amount charged was £20.44. This Florida based company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Scam - extortionate secret service & delivery fees
They added an extortionate service fee after the final payment page so I tried to cancel 2 mins after purchase. They told me it was too late and I had to wait for the parcel and then return it. I've now been told it will cost me £15 to send it back tracked postage to China.
Absolute scam of a company - avoid at all costs.

I have had the same experience with the hidden service/eco costs. I don’t understand how they are getting away with. The charge didn’t show when I paid via PayPal. I was alerted when my bank got in touch with me as they suspected fraud.
