Sharp practice to say the least.
This company is dishonest and, at best deceitful. I recently ordered a product advertised at £9.49, less a small discount and so authorised via my bank card, a payment of £8.44. To my concern I found I had been charged £22.44 and having tried to cancel the order within an hour of placing the order, on a Sunday the company refuse to do so but tell me it is an “ENVIRONMENTAL CHARGE” It is true to say that if you go through all the small print you can find this and it will be applied to any purchases of less than £20.
Do not deal with this company under any circumstances.

This is an awful company
This is an awful company - Chinese I think. They took my credit card details for my basket of £9.67 goods and £2.89 delivery, but then proceeded to add further charges, including an "eco charge" for orders under £20, so the final delivery charge was £28.33 - so a grand total of £38. They also seemed to corrupt my Google account which ended up with Chinese? hieroglyphics, which I could not remove. I had to delete the app and reinstall. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolute scumbag scammer of a company
Absolute scumbag scammer of a company. They add a £20 charge onto your price and the money comes out before you even click confirm.
I then complained saying I wanted a refund and cancellation 5 minutes after I had purchased it. They continued telling me the £20 charge was obvious to see, and then proceeded to say it was too late to cancel it, so I received my parcel. When I told them I wanted to return it they said I have to arrange it and pay for it myself and to send it back to an address in china.
I hope they burn down and wish these scammers the very worst :)

Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered an item which cost £11.42 including shipping. I was charged an extra £16 for 'services'. I tried to cancel straight away, was not allowed to. The item arrived faulty and unusable. It was eventually replaced despite my emails requesting a refund instead. They then took the money twice more. My bank had already put a stop on them. Terrible time wasting experience.

Dreadful. Just ordered a product that was only £8+ £2 postage but when the order was completing it defaulted to extortionate delivery charges and has cost me £27 instead. I received an order confirmation but when you try to track the order the site is not available. Having now read the other reviews reporting the same "theft" issues, i have blocked my Barclaycard but have to wait for the money to be collected to dispute it. As i write this my phone is being bombarded with scam discount messages from Ozerty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Extremely dishonest and fraudulent company. They charge money again and again from your card without permission. They charge amount which is double what you see in your check out basket and don't cancel your order or refund the money. Customer services is useless and nobody answers the phone. Their tactics are deceptive and fraudulent. Never buy from this company.

Deceptive Checkout Process - Attempted to Overcharge by Over Double
Be very careful when using Ozerty. The price they showed me initially was not the price they tried to charge me. At the final payment screen, I had a credit card charge that had mysteriously jumped to more than double the total cost price.
This is a deliberate and deceptive tactic. Thankfully I managed to avoid it due to not having that amount in my bank, but it's a dishonest way to do business. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere.

Terrible, went to purchase a medical product for 13 pounds. They tried to lift 27 multiple times and my bank thankfully blocked it and froze my account. Dodgy as all hell, and when I reported it to Ozerty, they didnt acknowledge the fact they tried to lift double the amount. Cowboys, avoid at all costs.
Edit: And as you can see, their response... 6 months after the fact. This is not a legit company folks, or if it is, its very very badly run.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Overcharged for Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered an item from Ozerty UK that was clearly advertised as **£3.40 with free delivery**. However, after placing my order, I was shocked to find an **extra £14 delivery charge** added to my bill. This was never mentioned during checkout, and I feel completely misled.
When I contacted customer service to ask for my money back, I was told I would need to return the item—**even though it hadn’t even arrived yet!** How am I supposed to return something I haven’t received? Their response made no sense and felt like a stalling tactic.
To make matters worse, they have completely ignored my follow-up emails. It seems like they are just trying to keep my money without providing the service promised. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
**I strongly advise others to avoid Ozerty UK.** Their advertising is misleading, their customer service is unhelpful, and getting your money back is nearly impossible. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

Fraud Alert!! Ordered a pair of gloves and when I proceeded to pay, the amount being charged was approximately x3 the price of the gloves. I had typed my details into website but I cancelled prior to confirming. They still attempted to take the money.

Same added charges despite never…
Same added charges despite never submitting. Declined payment when bank queried it but has gone through anyway. I decided to cancel my card and get a new one for peace of mind. I’m normally hyper vigilant but obviously not this time.

The worst company ever.
Not UK based at all, I ordered something for £9 and then added my bank details before confirming they added £20 in shipping fees. I did not confirm the order backed out the website and it took the money and shipped item anyway. After discussing with the customer service they said there was no way of cancelling the order I hadn't confirmed but they could cancel express shipping. I asked them to do this but they took so long to respond to me that they said they now couldn't but will be able to return the item when it arrived.. When I did I asked to return it they said the cost is my responsibility to send back to China for £15. An absolute joke of a company. Stealing money from people with out confirming the order.
