Everything about my order was outstanding—from the product quality to the customer service and delivery.
I don't usually leave positive reviews because I believe great service should be the standard in online shopping. However, my experience with TwinkX exceeded my expectations so much that I felt it deserved to be shared.
Product Quality
The craftsmanship is exceptional. Every item is made with great precision using high-quality materials. There were no loose threads, uneven cuts, or unfinished edges. Everything looks incredibly well-made—honestly, the quality is good enough to belong on a fashion runway. The sizing is also very accurate, so you can confidently order your usual size.
Customer Service
During my order, I had a few questions regarding promotional codes. Max from TwinkX replied to my email almost immediately, even though it was already late in the evening. That level of customer support is rare and highly appreciated.
Shipping
TwinkX doesn't keep you waiting for weeks. My order was shipped the very next morning, and delivery across Europe took less than 48 hours. Everything arrived securely packed in a plain, discreet box with no logos or markings indicating where it came from.

Für den schlechten Service durch eine KI kann das Unternehmen nicht.
Habe heute meine bestellte Ware bekommen und bin völlig begeistert von meinem bestellten Trainingsanzug. Freue mich schon auf das was ich noch bekommen werde.
Der menschliche Kundenservice ist absolut top, wenn es auch hier zu Verwirrung kam, aber die lies sich schnell und kompetent klären.
Ich denke das Unternehmen hat, wenn es die Produkte ausbaut und weiter auf Kundenservice und Qualitativ setzt eine ganz große Zukunft vor sich.

Dachte mir, ich probiere bei der letzten Bestellung die Jacke 1 Nummer kleiner. War leider hart an der Grenze. Also Umtausch angefragt.
Nach kurzer Suche wurde doch noch ein Artikel in der passenden Größe gefunden. Der ging noch zur Post, bevor ich die zu kleine Jacke retourniert habe.

Ich habe bereits mehrfach bestellt und kann dem Shop wirklich nur empfehlen.
Die Auswahl ist mittlerweile echt groß und die Palette wird stetig größer. Ich bin mit der Qualität der Materialien sehr zufrieden.
Bei der Auswahl der Größe sollte man in die Größentabellen schauen, ein Umtausch war bisher aber kein Problem. Der Kundenservice antwortet schnell und konnte meine Anliegen unkompliziert lösen.
