Nerva: IBS & Gut Directed Hypnotherapy Arvostelua 

I was skeptical at first but as I started the program and was able to use the tools they offered, the difference was amazing. The hypnotherapy sessions seemed to help a lot. My IBS has never been this under control in years. With Nerva and my program with diet vs disease, life has really changed for me. I highly recommend you try it if gut issues are impacting your life.

Truly a life saver for me. Quality of life for me has improved 10 times over using the Nerva program. Over the last 5 years or so, I had lost hope of finding a solution that didn't necessarily involve more testing, more Physicians, more unanswered questions. The tools, resources and education have been truly priceless for me and frankly, a re-education and reminder of the importance of the enteric nervous system I have probably ignored and neglected for some time now. I do so look forward to the soothing hypnotherapy sessions, my warm blanket of comfort, reality and self-care. I am so grateful.

The app actually worked really well for me. I started to feel changes around the 4 week mark. I would say I had experienced about a 50% reduction in symptoms which is fantastic! I have noticed however, after finishing the program and moving from daily sessions to 3 sessions a week that the improvements have started to taper off, so I think i will need to continue to doing the program daily and see if that helps get the symptoms back in check.

I’ve tried so many different things to help manage IBS symptoms and adding Nerva on to my current routines seemed to help reduce the intensity of my symptoms. Each session was short and easy to complete. I liked the variety of mindful exercises.

I was sceptical at first but my digestive symptoms were bad and the doctors weren't much help so after reading up about Nerva, I decided to give it a go. After a couple of weeks I started to notice the difference, my symptoms were less frequent and not as severe and I started to feel myself again. The sessions are varied and calming and I looked forward to them. The additional information available was informative and helped provide additional support.

Well worth the price they charge. I did the six week program. I learned and experience a lot. I would highly recommend Nerna. After the six weeks there is still so much information at your finger tips. I'm now doing the 6 week program again Loving it. Surprised at how much I missed the first.

The information received in the daily hypnotherapy was invaluable in helping to understand the gut/brain connection as well as the tools I learned to use to help manage stress.

I was skeptical but willing. After 2 sessions I started noticing a shift in how i was feeling. By the end of the 6 weeks the shift was real and I have been consistently using the tools.

I had a very early success with the program after about one week. In addition to helping my IBS-D I used it to help fall back to sleep at night when I had difficulty. Towards the last to weeks of the program my symptoms returned, but I was also under more stress due return of another health issue. After a couple of bad weeks I have started to regain control again using the program.

It's a helpful app, though it's pricing is at the high end for what it offers (essentially, a year's subscription for a 6-week program that you can then repeat), and the "business model" intrudes a little bit (e.g. constant nudging to hand over your GP's details, and tell them about Nerva).

So far feel better since using Nerva and am continuing it after th 6 weeks

I expected little after years of different treatments but the app helped significantly. It is not a wonder weapon to solve it all but overall the most significant improvement I have seen. Would definitely recommend.

I’m not one for meditation, but I was ready to try anything. Honestly, using the Nerva app in conjunction with the low FODMAP diet made an incredible difference to my IBS symptoms. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Not having done any relaxation and breathing techniques for such a long time, I really enjoyed the sessions. One day a few weeks ago, instead of slowly starting to move again on the count to five I went to sleep and didn’t wake up until my husband returned home.

I would like the actual program to be longer. I would prefer a real voice to an AI voice, as people actually know what it is like to experience pain or other aspects of the human experience. However, I have found the program helpful even though I have not gotten completely free of symptoms. It took a long time to develop these issues and six weeks is not enough to fix them. I do appreciate the access to the previous sessions.

The whole Nerva hypnotherapy 6-week block was very relaxing, enjoyable and restful. I enjoyed each daily 15 minute session mid morning and found each daily theme, such as Sunny Day, Floating or The Orchestra, refreshing and calming. The softly spoken voice allowed me to drift and almost imagine that I was floating like a cloud at times. I would recommend this type of health approach if you have digestive tract problems.
