I’ve not been a well person for about 6 years now, suffering with anxiety and depression, very poor quality sleep and other health issues, including IBS ever since my teenage years. 35 now.

It’s been about 4 weeks now, I drink it everyday first thing in the morning, and from today will start drinking it twice daily, morning and evening. Pleasant herbal flavour may I add.

Can say I feel a bit better in general, find that some days there’s a soft shift in mood and productivity. The bowel movements have definitely improved which is what I mostly wanted out of this tea blend product. Quite happy about that.

Only the bloating hasn’t changed much yet but I’m hopeful still, as It’s only been 4 weeks, I’ve suffered with IBS for over 2 decades, amongst other health problems in the last 6 years.. so I believe it’s a long term process and patience required, in order to give Fith Ray a solid chance to do its work and hopefully reap the better benefits.

So far so good, will happily give it 5* if by week 8-12 can honestly feel much better in comparison to today / now.

I am half way through my second bag & can definitely feel a huge difference in my IBS, my gut is much calmer & I'm feeling so much better when it comes to energy levels & mental clarity, thank you 😊

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in the late 80’s horrible horrible illness. I thought since yourself knows only too well what this disease is like personally I thought I’d give Fifth Ray a try. I only started this week as was unwell the week before and I have noticed little differences even in this short time. Tummy not as bloated, not running to toilet as often which is huge improvement for me. The flavour of the tea is really nice too.

I was at the stage of desperation when I started using the mixture… I am able to eat more without feeling uncomfortable..I still have a way to go and have to watch my diet but will continue onwards .. thank you …. not taking any other stomach medication!

Good so far - only been a couple of weeks and been having one a day. Certainly feel less bloated! Bought for my son who has Crohn’s but he’s yet to drink it regularly enough! Definitely helped my menopause tummy though!

Tea is great but process for resolving a delivery issue was laborious & put a lot of onus on the customer

Amazing tea. Tastes amazing. My stomach bowels mood and energy is so much better. I’m 5 months in and finally after 6 years struggling with unexplained weightloss which I felt was due to my bowel issue I’m finally starting to slowly put weight on. Highly recommend and have recommended it to so many friends and I know it works as it’s not only me my friends who have ulcerated colitis and ibs have been so grateful that I recommended it as there getting relief too. It truely is amazing!!!

It's been three weeks now and I've enjoyed a cup of the tea each day. I don't want to speak to early, but I would say I've noticed a calmer more settled stomach and it's certainly been easy to fit a cup of this tea into my daily routine. I'll carry on with it and hope for further improvement.

I have a Non Hodgkin Lymphoma in my small bowel, although mainstream protocol manages the Cancer well, I struggle with eating and continuing pain.
Now on my 3rd week of Fifth Ray, my symptoms have reduced greatly, eating is much more comfortable and I feel happier in myself .

So far so good, it’s only been 2 months but I have already felt a difference. I start the day with a Fifth Ray tea no matter where I am, I take it away with me as well.
I have experienced less bloating which is great but one of the most important changes has been that since taking it I have not experienced something that I don’t really know what to call. All of a sudden I experience such pains in my stomach which can happen anytime, anywhere, I am stuck on the toilet for about half an hour and at times nearly pass out. Afterwards totally wiped me out. No idea what causes it but use to happen about twice a month but since having fifth ray first thing in the morning it has not happened. Fingers crossed it continues!

2nd Month of having my Fifth Ray everyday and I am still having some good benefits towards my Crohns, I have noticed my skin isn’t as oily as it used to be but also instead of having it on a nighttime, I am having it on a afternoon now and it relaxes me for the rest of the day. As long as you have a healthy diet, this product certainly does have some great benefits!

Onto my 6th month of this now and its a morning staple!

Mid way into month 2 of cosmic hue, and have noticed a significant difference with my mood and energy levels. In addition my gut issues also seem to have calmed down, so I am happy to continue. The tea tastes great, packaging is great, and love the reusable tea bag 😊

Recommended to use this company to provide me with a herbal remedy to help a longstanding gut problem. It's early days but there seems to be improvement. In addition it is nice to know that the company is interested in my progress.

I have crohn's disease and I notice such an improvement in my health taking this tea, my tummy is much more settled with little of any flaring, customer service is also second to none...I love this tea...
