The engineer, Rob, was excellent and the lady who dealt with the extended warranty on the phone was more than helpful. Both very polite and a pleasure to talk to. A big thank you to both!

Online chat is fine, but they can't book me in for a repair via that method because they want me to pay over the phone on booking. I've been stuck in position 3 with no callback option for 15 mins, and I've tried again and got stuck in position 1 for 20 mins before I got an answer. Lady spoken too is lovely but sounds a bit fed up bless her! Triton might want to look at online booking and email invoice to confirm??

Bought a product through my supplier. Fitted and faulty. Video supplied and yet the cheek of them, wanted to charge £100 to send an engineer out whilst we demonstrated a competitors product fitted and was fine. They refused to send out a replacement. The service was shocking. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole, nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy. Disgraceful service. Avoid them.

Rotten customer services. My calla stuck in a queue endlessly. Once you get through service is ok the wait is ridiculously long. I thnk maybe the operator just works part time.

First sending me a reminder about the warranty running out , thanks. 40 pounds to get a piece of mind that if it breaks down iv got it covered thanks, when phoning the lady who took the call very helpful and seemed a very nice person and dealt with everything very quickly and well thanks.

Phoned regarding my Triton insurance that had recently lapsed. Very helpful and patient renewed no problem at all.

I would not recommend using Triton Showers website to anyone. Although items show as “in stock” on their website, they may not actually be in stock.
I recently ordered from their website and paid more for their next day deliver service as I was ordering before the advertised cut off time.
Following completion of the order, no tracking details were provided so the following morning we telephoned Triton to obtain these details to ensure we were available to receive delivery…. The advisor on the phone was less than helpful stating it had not been dispatched as advertised on their website for next day delivery. We were assured it would be dispatched that day and told we only needed our postcode to track delivery.
We asked to be sent a confirmation email once the shower had been dispatched but received nothing.
I made a second call to Triton showers only to explain everything again and be told to hold for some time. I was then told the item was out of stock and would not be available for another 9 to 10 days. When I explained it had been ordered next day delivery, so it was showing as “in stock” at the point where I ordered, I was told I was wrong and can’t of ordered it for next day delivery.
I asked the advisor to explain why when I now checked their website the shower was now not available to order, so it had to have been in stock at the time of me ordering to complete my purchase, she replied by telling me she finishes work at 5pm.
When I asked if their website was broken she once again told me she finished at 5pm and asked to complete the call.
When I explained I want to take the matter further I was told she would call me back the following morning when she started work.
Guess what…. No call in the morning. We had to chase Triton again and explain everything again. There was nothing recorded their end so placed on hold again.
To be fair to them, they have refunded extra postage we have paid for next day delivery, but was shocked when we asked for an email address to raise a complaint. They genuinely seemed shocked we were not happy with the “service” or lack of it they had provided.
IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I WOULD ADVISE TELEPHONING THEM AND GETTING CONFIRMATION THE ITEM IS ACTUALLY IN STOCK.
The customer service is awful!

When I posted about the experience on social media, Triton Showers did reach out to me.. when I explained and provided them with the email address I had been provided to make a complaint. they blocked my account.

Further update… We were told our order would be dispatched on the 19th Aug but advised to phone up and check…. Surprise the shower is still not ready for dispatch!!! When asked for any update on delivery date, the reply was “it might be built tomorrow or Monday”. Absolute joke!!

Easy to action , just one phone call

I ordered thermomatic shower yesterday and delivered today, but I did noticed that triton selling 2nd hand used items not brand new ones and item I received it was fully opened and taped so don't buy from Triton they will send you 2nd used item.

Never ever choose Triton. Their warranty is a joke and their Customer Service is run by fraudsters!

Our shower stopped dispensing hot water in about 1 year and 9 months which had 2 years warranty. I called the customer support and they arranged an engineer to come and take look. They kept repeatedly saying that 'non-product faults' will incur 99 GBP call out charges. They kept sending messages about the call-out charges repeatedly through SMS - this was probably a red flag!

The engineer came to take a look. He just opened the fitting and did basic inspection and found fault with the 'thermocouple' - clearly a product fault. He then told us that the installation wasn't done correctly just to put the blame on to us. He did send a report later and only mentioned about the installation error (nothing about the faulty part). This is just for them to circumvent the 'call-out' policy that they have. I then received an invoice for 99 GBP the following day asking me to pay for an issue that wasn't even resolved. When I contacted the customer service, they said that once I have paid the invoice, they will send an engineer again to fix the issue "free of charge". So, basically they just found a dodgy way for a customer to pre-pay for a service that they have not even received.

I don't even know how this is even legal. The fact that the engineer did not even mention about the fault in the report only meant that they were intentionally trying to hide things so the customer pays for their visit despite the product being under warranty.

Absolutely furious and disgusted about both their product and service. Please avoid!!!!

UPDATE - I’m updating this part after reading the reply from their team on my review. They say they have asked for more information, however the information that they have asked me was ‘that they await the 99 GBP payment’ and that they will ‘cease to reply’ further exactly in the same words. If any of you face similar issue with them, please complain to Trading Standards.
