Great staff and great service

From reception to the photos every one was very friendly and helpful

I have reviewed 1 start for TLS contact service 6 days ago, now TLS have just replied my comment by giving me the link that leads to the form that is for "government and commercial enquiries only" and not for individual. Which means, the form is not for me. This actioned from TLS confirms how unsincere to solve the problem and keep their eyes closing for the ongoing issue that is already well known, and they are not tempting to fix it because if they fixed it, it will effect their profit because most people will choose to upload the documents themselves and not to pay £54 fees for TLS to do it. If you wonder what I have comment, here it is.
"The website is sucks, I submitted the document onto the TLS website on behalf of my friend, and some of the document couldn't upload even the file if in pdf format and the file size is smaller than 7MB. I managed to submit 30+ files onto the system, but 8 of them were not able to do no matter how hard I tried, I tried to compressed the file, the file was getting even smaller than the original that is under the size of 7 MB but still failed, I tried to save the file into other format like jpg, png, but still couldn't do that. I suggested my friend to let TLS staff now upon the appointment, with showing proof but agent wouldn't care to look or listen to my friend.

I googled and found a lot of people are having the same problem.

At the appointment time, my friend tried to ask the staff to upload the rest of the documents that was not able to upload, she tried to show proof (that system shows the file is too big, while the file size is very small), but the staff wouldn't look at it. The staff only said if you want to upload more then you have to pay £54.

I now think that TLS is some kind of scam as not wanting to improve the system and that forced people to pay for uploading the documents even if they don't want to pay for it. But because the system wouldn't allow so people's got no choice but to pay for it."

And this is what TLS replied

Service was done very professional, staff explained the process clearly. We were not rushed and asked questions that we could no understand. The staff is very professional and efficient. We arrived earlier than our booking time, but were we help as soon as we arrived. Thank you

The consultants were calm and explained everything in detail and most importantly very efficient

The reception was excellent, but the cost of services is still high relative to the average salary.

They cancelled my free appointment without any reason. So, I needed to pay £65 for nearest appointment. I emailed them, they replied as the problem was solved, because I had a new appointment. It is embarrassing. Shame on you

Very friendly

Extremely friendly and professional staff at the centre, they were thorough, helpful, and guided me throughout the process. However, the call centre staff I would say need more training, they could not answer a single one of my questions, which consequently delayed my application as I had to get additional documentation.

The staff from the waiting area until the last station they were all welcoming and explained everything accordingly

Making an appointment was easy, staff very professional but friendly. Super efficient staff.

Friendly staff

It's not possible to actually book an appointment. You first have to navigate the map to find the nearby locations, and then it tells you on each of them when there is the "free" (in addition to the giant UK Immigration application fees) service available. Then when you go into the actual location, there will be not a single time actually available that's free. They only want you to pay for their "premium" slots (where basically the entire day is "premium"). And then if you make the mistake of looking at 4 entire nearby locations, you will get blocked: "Due to several attempts to book an appointment you have been blocked. Please try after a few minutes to book a new appointment."

If you do manage to book an appointment, then the web site will be so slow it will be almost impossible to upload any documents.

If you manage to upload documents, you will queue for a long time at an appointment.

This is a predatory company that it's unfathomable to me how UK taxpayers are giving money to them.

Avoid TLScontact London if you value basic customer support. I have been chasing a refund for nearly two months and repeatedly asked for the ARN so I can verify it with my bank. Despite numerous emails and calls, I have received vague assurances but no proof that the refund was actually processed.

The support is unhelpful, inconsistent and feels completely dismissive. A simple issue has been dragged out unnecessarily for weeks. Extremely disappointing service.
