Really good service, easy to contact and khalid the driver was at terminal ready and waiting when we arrived back from our holiday to take us back to the car!

Kahlid was very helpful and efficient on our return from holiday, seamless and efficient service, kept us informed of where was and when he would be there to collect. Helped with all the baggage into the minibus and also into the car. Thank you for your help and assistance and we will use your service again

Brilliant company very reliable and always on time

Omar was great! Such a happy and pleasant man. Made the journey back so much better. He was quick and efficient.

Great parking really easy will definitely use again! Thank you

As always tidy airport parking is top notch led by Mr Wassim and his team. Sincere , punctual and they try to accommodate requests of so many people politely. Would use them again and again.

Staff was very helpful, very easy to drop off and pick up from airport.
Specially thanks to Omar.

I was incredibly disappointed with this parking company, the worst airport parking I have experienced.
Firstly, they charge £14 to take you to and from the airport, you are not told this until you have already booked the parking.
Secondley,The first day that I was away the alarm on my 'tracker' was activated. They had driven my car to a different location without my permission, 4 miles away, despite that fact that the booking conformation says that the car will ony be moved 'in the car' park.
Thirdly, they kept me waiting 1 hour 20 minutes before picking me up on my arrival back at T5.
Fourthly, on receiving my car back, the dashboard and infotainment settings had been change as well as other driver settings.
Fifthly, on reading there online T&C's when I got home, I find that there insurance is only valid to £15k, so if they trash your car, the most you will get is that amount as your insurance will not cover it
This is totaly unacceptable, I will never use this service again and recommend that anyone else seriously evaluates there personal circumstances before booking with this company.

I have used this company twice in the last 6 months and I cannot fault the service at all. Prices are well below the average and staff are polite, friendly and welcoming. Other reviews have complained about the £7 fee each way charge for drop off- this is made very clear before booking if you read the drop off instructions! It's an airport charge, not the company- Heathrow have signs plastered everywhere that everyone has to pay it. A simple call to get picked up once you are out and that's it. Yes I waited about 20 mins but at midday, the traffic is horrendous and it's no longer than waiting for any other shuttle bus. Car ready for me when I got back to the compound in the condition I dropped it off. Will happily use this company again.

Our driver Omar was very friendly and arrived promptly. It was all very smooth

Do not use this company under any circumstances.
They turned up 40 minutes late to collect our car despite us calling them 30 minutes in advance. We then sent five emails and made a formal complaint over a two-week period — and still received no reply whatsoever.
To make matters worse, they charge a punitive £25 per day if you need to extend your booking. Extremely poor communication, terrible reliability, and zero customer care.
This company should be avoided at all costs.

Excellent service & great value. Staff are friendly & helpful.
Would definitely use again 😁

Easy to find, parked straight away. Shuttles both to and from the airport were easy and quick. We even had some awkward delays with baggage and no problem.

Omar was brilliant at pick up and very efficient!

Omar was very helpful and arrived promptly to pick me up. Great service!

Khalid was courteous and efficient dropping us and picking up from London Heathrow. The parking area was spacious and very secure and the price reasonable. Will definitely use Tidy airport parking again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much
