THE WORST CARPARKING SERVICE ON EARTH

This place is comparable to a dump. If you value your car or general safety- don’t park here. Hidden fees for drop off and pick up that they don’t mention, half the staff look under age. We arrived - shocked at the site and tiny shack of what they called an office. Immediately we decided we were not leaving our keys with them as it felt like a scam.they were extremely hesitant for us to keep our keys, then as we explained we were NOT leaving them, they charged us £25 to KEEP the keys🤣🤣🤣🤣 which we paid just out of pure desperation to get out of this dust field they call a car park. Drive to Heathrow we nearly crashed twice.
Coming back however, we waited at departures for half an hour where two men finally pulled up in a white van, it was very obvious at that point that the driver was a learner and being coached by the other passenger. Clearly wasn’t aware you stop at red lights or zebra crossings yet, perhaps that was the next trips lesson. They loaded all our bags in stood up, so they rolled around the entire time breaking the contents and the cases. Which they then began giggling about in the front. When finally dropped off the only positive I could take out of the experience was that it was over and we weren’t dead. If I could give minus stars I would. Don’t park here unless you enjoy near death experiences, damaged luggage and rude staff.

An excellent, thoughtful and caring service from beginning to end. Great value for money, conveniently located for Heathrow Airport, and prompt transfers to and from the airport. I will definitely use the service again.
A special shoutout to Khalid for his kindness, responsiveness and professionalism when a passport crisis occurred. Many thanks!

Service, timing and communication for pick from Khalid was excellent. We could contact straight away once landed and Khalid was waiting outside for us as soon as we were ready. Great service.

Khalid is an excellent driver … he waited for us and helped with all our luggage
Fantastic person you have working for you! Tidy airport parking always use them and recommend

Khalid was very good at communicating and being prompt with pick up and drop off

Tidyairportparking had excellent service. Khalid in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to return me back and forth when there was an issue with my ESTA. His kind attitude was very calming. Thank you Khalid and Tidyairportparking!

Khalid very professional in job will definitely using the company again

DJ Khalid was excellent ‘Driven to Perfection’ got us there on time with lots of laughs
Hope he is picking us up on our return

Experience was great and Khalid was very professional.

We booked as here flying from Heathrow , booking process good and all instructions how to get there very good
Concerns :
Instructions said we would be meet at the lifts with a person with a high vis on after our call to them . No person with a high vis a very young boy came no ID and so we called the office they confirmed he worked for them, you have a cost of the airport charge of £8 you have to pay so they can get out , this is not highlighted on the booking
Our care with being new is app led so we know when car has been moved etc the car travelled over 20 miles each way for parking. Not a problem if not electric car so we had charge on the way home to Cheshire
Picking the car up we followed all instructions and waited over 30/40 mins for the care to arrive as the driver got lost this is worrying
I would not book with them again as felt it was not well run and not professional

A very friendly courteous & efficient service. Dropped off & collected from our holiday in super quick time. Would definitely recommend.

My driver khalid dropped us off to the airport and lucky enough he picked us up. He was so patient and very helpful. Would use this company again and hope he is the driver.

They were very patient with my delayed luggage. Thank you for your kind staff, especially Khaled, the driver! He was a breath of fresh air after a long travel day and various delays.

Khalid made our our pick up and drop off amazing so polite and helpful such great customer service.

You smoked in my non smoking car. Stinks like cigarettes every time I open and sit in the car. Disgusting behaviour

Khalid was awesome. Good banter and a quick ride!

Good driver Kali helped me catch my flight. Thank you

Parking was very convenient, and most importantly, they offer an airport shuttle service. The driver, Omar, was also very polite. I will definitely choose this place again next time!
