Booked meet and greet parking @ Glasgow. Met in carpark at the agreed time, handed over car keys and were directed to the tunnel over the road which lead to departures. Perfect 👌 On return I called number met in carpark, recieved keys and we were on our way. Hassle free and polite staff. Worked out cheaper than the Medium stay carpark so would highly recommend 👍

Something to ponder
Ok, so I have just had a long conversation with someone from a2z parking. They keep claiming that they are not the actual operator but a comparison site. The thing that is odd is that if you are a ' comparison ' site, why are you apologising on behalf of the company that is providing the service??? It doesn't make sense to me. If you are genuinely a comparison site as you claim then you need to take responsibility of those companies you promote on your website. If as you claim, you have a way of contacting the 'operator' then ask them to refund my £124.00 and I will consider this as case closed. for the record I will not be removing any reviews from the trust pilot website.

A little delayed in transporting you to and from the airport
Waiting time to be collected from the airport and waiting time to be taking to the airport was too long. Car was been covered with dust when returned, apart from that I met my car in full piece and that’s the important part

It was so simple to book
It was so simple to book, a little dearer than other meet and greet firms,(who move the cars out of the airport grounds) but delighted to find ourselves in the actual airport car park with very helpful guides to make it quick. The entire car park as scanned on the way into level D so we know and they know if damage to your vehicle was there before and after your exit.
It was easy access to the airport departure, where the key drop off was a simple action. Fingers crossed the returns process will be just as good and our car will be there and in good order.

Mixed experience
Mixed experience. A nice friendly bunch, but I was surprised to have to pay for the shuttle to the airport (I must have missed the £13 charge on the website). On return we had no choice but to pay for it, but it was broken down so we had to fight the buses. It'll be meet n greet for us next time.

I’d forgotten to call half an hour before and so called on arrival at the new meet and greet. The driver/collection rep was there within 10 minutes of my call.

This afternoon I get an email to say my booking for early tomorrow has been cancelled. I called to ask why they said because of the Cyber attack yesterday on NATS. When I queries this they waffled.
