Ordered item with expedited shipping on Feb 25.It's March 9th and still no product and no response through email.

They take your money and you never receive what you ordered and paid for they sell it thru Instagram so instagram is involve too ... it’s not right do not buy anything from this company do not pay the expedited shipping they take your money and they never ship the product this company needs to be investigated and shut done 50 bucks for nothing ... this company is low life piece of crap do not buy anything from them via Instagram ... unethical anyways !!!! Nebulight by Thunder Labs is what I bought and paid for along with shipping fees and it never came .., disgusting company they suck do NOT BUY anything from this company thunder labs !!!!

0 stars. Ordered and was charged December 27. Never received items. Requested refund and was told I could not cancel order. Sent another email and they said I can't get a refund but I can return the items when I receive them. Needless to say they won't advise when I will get them! Filed a formal complaint with the FTC

This company deserves 0 stars. I ordered two products over two months ago, at the beginning of January, and I emailed them twice now and have not received a reply about my order. When I try to track my order it just says my order has been confirmed and I will receive notification when it ships. As everyone else has already stated, this website is a scam! File a complaint with the FTC.

Terrible customer service - like so many others I ordered the kitchen scale from an Instagram promotion early Jan and still haven't received the goods. No dispatch notice either so they lie when saying the order is processed immediately. That's just a get out to avoid refunding disgruntled customers - reading the reviews there's plenty of them! I've lodged a pay pal dispute to get my money back and will never deal with them again.

Ordered January 1 and still haven't delivered. Emails are returned with a no refund email. Don't get hooked on them. They are a scam.

BAIT AND SWITCH: Ordered an item online and they messaged me that night and told me it was out of stock. Offered to replace it with a far inferior product that sells for 5% of the price elsewhere online as the item advertised.

I asked them to cancel order and they told me they would only replace with other item or offer a store credit. However the item i ordered (now 3 days ago) is still listed for sale on the website. Clearly this is a routine business practice for them. BEWARE

this company took my money and never sent the product i ordered, NebuLight. Emailed them without resolution so I cancelled the credit card transaction.

I wish there was a way to give this company negative stars !!! I ordered an item over a month ago and well they are quick to throw in your face no refunds policy which is how they get you and steal your money legally. I don’t want an item coming from China !!!

Ordered ear cleaners at the end of December. Took my payment. It is now March 2nd and nothing, nada, zippo. Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered a salad bowl cutter in December, I have received nothing from them. After multiple emails looking for my stuff and asking for a refund, I was told they don’t do refunds because they process orders immediately, so I’m out $34 and nothing from this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are scam artists

Company is a scam. Ordered over 7 weeks ago but they won't cancel on the grounds they ship immediately.

Never order anything from this company.
They never respond to any inquiries about your order, shipping, delays or repayment.
A total sham operation

This company should be taken offline and prosecuted. Like everyone else on here, I have ordered a product (spice rack) and it never showed up. They are now taking advantage of peoples’ fears by trying to sell sub standard face masks and unapproved test kits for Coronavirus - these kits are tests for CATS! Unbelievable.

Placed an order for a salad bowl cutter on January 11, 2020. Thunder Labs was quick to process my credit card payment. After two emails inquiring about the status of my order, I was advised the order should be processed and delivered within 2-6 weeks. After 6+ weeks of no receipt of the item I ordered, I finally filed a credit card transaction dispute to get a refund. I will never place an order with this company again. Customer No Service.
