Can I give 0 stars! Total scam! Several "companies" are selling these beds on FB, they are probably all fake. Reporting them as fraud to Amex.

I ordered too, and I received nothing, no response nothing at all, anyone knows how to get the money back?
Because I don't know how to make a complaint against them... I feel so frustrated and stupid every single time I think about this.... This is just *****

two months after order. (product called Nebulight advertized on Facebook) No delivery. No email response. No phone listed. Bull***

It deseves to get dragged into the legal court for a class action for massive injunction for the inconvenience on the part of the custormers or for fraudulent act for loss.

Scam I was lucky to get my money back through PayPal

NEVER buy from this company. I ordered the Nebulight two months ago and have received nothing. They’re really just looking to steal everyone’s money. I emailed them politely asking where my package is, luckily I got a response saying they’re having technical difficulties and to be patient so I did just that and three weeks late still nothing. I emailed them once more and this time it’s supposedly because of the Corona virus. It’s all fake, if anyone knows how I can get my money back please let me know.
Wish there was a way I could give them 0 stars.

Oh and Trustpilot? You have the wrong email address for the company and I can't put the correct on in my review because you won't allow it. So our complaints go nowhere.

Don't trust, don't waste your time and $ on this site. They get u with the discounts/offers, but never get u your product. I ordered face masks and haven't received them in over a month. Wrote 2 emails and got no response. Total scam. Disputing with my bank. Very upset!

They do not deliver, so stay away from them - lucky for me I got the money back from PayPal

This company is a definite scam. I placed an order with them on December 20, 2019, it is March and still no product. Tried to cancel and they will only let you get credit. Never order from this company. They should be investigated for fraud!

Everything every other person has stated is true. I placed an order February 18th, and then thought to check reviews. Within 10 MINUTES, I attempted to cancel my order, surely it couldn't have gone through that quickly.

Nearly a month later, still no response to multiple emails I've sent.

This store needs to be shut down as it is entirely a scam.

Scammed through instagram - DO NOT BUY

I am echoing what sooooooo many people are saying. This company has not delivered my product that was ordered on 5 January. I ordered 2 - Magic Door Mats for a total of $68.38. To date I have not received my merchandise. I made 2 inquiries and each time they give the excuse that they are having technical difficulties and that they are in the process of fixing. I asked for a full refund which of course I did not get. This company is a complete internet shame. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered the thing called nebulight on their site 5 weeks ago and i still havent gotten the tracking number which means they never sent it. i emailed them and they only said that it's gonna take 4-6 weeks. but reading all the complaints by other customers, i dont think they will send them. i also realized that the advertisement they put on for the product was stolen from the youtube review for the product from a totally different company.

So obviously I’m in the same boat as you all. The A holes are quick to take your money but don’t wanna post your items
I sent them a message on Facebook and they assured me it had been shipped but because of the wuhan stuff there would likely be a delay and to be patient

That was weeks ago and they haven’t responded to my other message about wanting a refund.
I dare say we won’t be getting our items

I ordered (and paid) something almost 4 months ago. Received a confirmation for my order but thats all! It was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks, but still nothing. They've failed to keep my informed and refuse to give me a refund. Based on the other reviews, unfortunately this looks like their pattern. Fails to deliver on their promise & then refuses to do the right thing,

This company sucks, I ordered on January 19 and it’s March 11 still no answer emails and can’t get my money back.

Not even sure I can give this a one star. I agree with many on this posting board. This company is awful. Ordered something late last year and they still have not sent me my product and will not give back my cash. I too am going to contact my credit card company and the BBB. Do not buy from them. When you do, you can never get your money back and can wait forever to get your product. Buyer beware!

I ordered N95 face masks 3 weeks ago they took the money out of my account and will not answer emails or communicate any way with me about where my order is. I spent $90.00 with taxes on this. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and I'm going to file one with the BBB as well. This store doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Disgusting that you can not trust a company that you bought something through Facebook.
