Boy wish I had read reviews before ordering! I ordered mask in February they did say allow 6 weeks for delivery now they are saying China is keeping all the masks. They refuse to do refund want you to take a in-store credit. These people are shysters. Any attorneys reading this? We need a class action suit. I’m filing complaint with BBB if credit to my card doesn’t hit within 3 days.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered two months ago. Received an email immediately saying they were getting my order ready for shipment. Never received order. Never got response from emails. This really pisses me off that they can scam people like this and get away with it.

FIRST OF ALL, I found out that this company just by chance happens to be located down the street from me. I have been in touch with the local newspaper and police department and will be vigilantly going after these crooks. They currently have up a 70% off sale from a jacked up price of $100 back down to the original $30 still selling them as “in stock”.

I ordered my mask in early february, paid extra for expedited shipping and still have not heard from them. They do not have masks but are still conning people on their site say that they have them in stock. They will get as many orders as possible before someone shuts them down and then they close up shop and take all of our money. Do not order from them.

I have not heard or been shipped my order! FILING A FRAUD claim today!

Scam. I ordered nebulight six weeks ago and have not gotten item and have not gotten a response from the company. I highly recommend to stay away from this company posing as SoFlo Marketing and Thunder Labs.

This company is a scam! Do not order anything from them, they will never deliver your product and will not offer a refund.

These guys don’t deserve any stars just a bunch of money grabbing crooks this crowd are actually criminals and should be struck off the web. Can’t understand why PayPal would associate their good name with them. Ordered my goods they took my money knowing they had no stock Can’t deliver and won’t give me my money back. If that’s not steeling I don’t know what is.
PayPal need to sort this crowd out and get their customers money back.
If I had read their reviews I would not have gone near them.

We all need to contact PayPal then BBB. I ordered 8. Not one came.

Is there a Zero stars option? Total frauds. No confirmation of order. No product. No way to contact them. No response to e-mails - even messages on Instagram where I first heard of them and placed my order in February. Supposed phone number (which I could only find on my credit card statement) always "busy." And when I called to dispute the charge to my credit card the dispute triggered a fraud alert for this particular retailer and they had to entirely cancel my card and send me a new one. I feel like such a chump. There's a special corner of Hell for people like these.

I should have reviewed this company before I purchased from them. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and my credit card associated with PayPal. They are a rip off if ever there was one. Haven’t received my order after 6 weeks. They refuse to issue a refund. SCAM!

I'm going threw the same issue with this "company" I complained to the BBB and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I am also calling my bank and disputing this charge. I'm not sure Ig you all resolved the issues of getting scammed and your money stolen but maybe try ether of these ways.

I ordered about four and a half to five months ago. I have not received my products yet. I have been reaching out to the company Who reply’s with emails that my order is on the way. they refused to refund my money it’s not their policy apparently to give refunds for items they refused to send would not order from them ever again I would not advise anybody else to risk it

I ordered the nebu-light on 2/11/2020, and I havent received crap!! Now Im going to contact paypal to see if I can get my money back, because this is B.S. Damn near 2 months of waiting!!!! TIRED OF THIS!!

Saw this thread, and immediately contacted my Bank of America And I am disputing the charge!

During these times do Not trust buying on the internet❗️😡
BOA is very good at handling disputes .
They credited my account twice before over the past several years
They will credit me on this 1 too I’m sure
Contact your credit card company. You should be able to get your money back, especially if it’s a bank card.

Damn scamming company ❗️
Never buy anything using your credit card with this shop!

Ps : Soon My bank gave me a full credit 👍 And to this day I never ever received my purchase! BOA credit card gives the best service protection for its customers👍

Same as eveyone, I ordered an item and never did recieve it. I emailed multiple times but of coarse ,NO RESPONSE !
This has got to be a scam company making money off all of us hard working people. At the least you would think they may respond with Lies or BS to our request about our orders or our request for refunds?

Not sure how but need to figure out how to get this company eliminated from scamming further people.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM I WILL BE EFFECTIVELY SUEING . THEY WILL GIVE YOU CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER TAKES 4-6 WEEKS AND YOU WILL NOT GET NOTHING AND YOU CAN CALL AND EMAIL THEM A MILLION TIMES. BUT THEY DESERVE TO BE IN A LEGAL COURT WHICH WILL BE SOON. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!
