I just filed a complaint with the federal trade commission on the company stealing our money. It was very easy to do and needs to be done. Please file a complaint at www FTC / complaint

They just literally stole my money. Ordered nutrition scale and nebulight for 117usd, after a month nothing has happened. They said I’ll received a notification email once they shipped these items. But no luck. Tried to email them, no reply. The link to “track your order” on ther web just basically saying “be patient”. No way you can track your order. Just, don’t buy from them.

Do not buy items from this company. They steal your money and never send you your product. BUYER BEWARE!

Product was late and not what was advertised. Sent me return information and after shipped they would not accept the package from UPS. So the cost me 20. plus more in shipping.

I had placed my order and received confirmation. After a month I had not heard or received anything from them. When I contacted them, they reassured me my order was on the way and to give it another couple of weeks. I finally received notification that my shipment was on its way and was given a tracking number. When my order still hadn't arrived after another two weeks, I checked the tracking to find out it was delivered to a residence in Canada! I contacted the company again and was once again told it was on its way, alternatively if I wanted to cancel my order to refer to their website for refunds and cancellations, which I did to find out they don't accept cancellations or give refunds!

Ordered 2 mos ago, no product, sent 2 e-mails, finally got response no order, was charged 9.99 for shipping that was supposed to be free, DO NOT ORDER - THIS IS A SCAM

I ordered a few things from this company and they never showed up or responded to my emails. About a month after I made my order with them I noticed 4 charges for the same amount from some weird google company starting the next day after I ordered from thunder labs. I think there connected. They are defiantly a scam!

If I could, then wouldn't give any stars at all.
Ordered my item in December the 27th and hadn't hear anything before I write the start February.
After asking where my item is, I find out it's hasn't been shipped yet. Poor excuses was given why. And when I ask for cancelation of order, they process the order so it's possible anymore to cancel.
Do your self a favour, DON'T shop at Thunder Lab.

If this is not a scam, it is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. I ordered the spice rack and received a confirmation email about the order. I never received any shipping information and after a little over a week, I got suspicious and began reading reviews. I had gone to the website which is a joke and had no luck there as there is not phone number to call. You cannot even make yourself an account to check on your order. I finally got a response from the email I sent to Thunder Labs saying they had no record of my order. I had paid through paypal so I filed a complaint and investigation. About a week or so later I received an email from this Chris Lee saying he would refund me for my purchase. At this point I did not even respond to the email to Thunder Labs about my order number because I just wanted my money back. I watched my account for about a week and never saw a refund. I went into my Paypal account where I saw that Chris Lee had cancelled my refund. I ended up called Paypal where they forced a refund and a couple of days later I received my refund. Then all of a sudden I get another email telling me that my order has been delayed because of the Virus in China. This came after I finally responded to the "we can't find your order email" with my order number. They are still arguing with me about this order that I never received! Do NOT order from this company!!!

I order 2 of their "spice racks" and they finally arrived, poorly packaged and the quality was very poor. I wanted to return these but there were no return instructions in the original package so I emailed thunderlabs and finally was told to repack the shelves and send to an address in CA. The package just came back to me with a msg saying there was no way to forward to the address given to me.

Horrible customer service and no responses to my emails,

Placed an order on 25th December 2019 for 3 spice racks they were advertising, paid extra for speedy delivery, for a total of 106.96 euros, received an email with my order number with no tracking mail number,here it is 5th February 2020 and no racks no answer.
What is wrong with these people.No way to make business,no fair market approach.
No more orders for them. Report to the proper authorities.

I ordered 2 mats from them back on Nov. 26, 2019 than received a tracking number that wasn’t mine than no response from them. Finally in mid Jan. then I open the bag and the mats are small and very cheaply made Chinese seconds the pile keeps falling out and it does take the mud off my sneakers!! Very unsatisfied costumer from Florida !!!

***FAKE SITE***I paid $75 for a digital food scale and have not heard back since the order confirmation email. The site is still live with product reviews, but they won't reply. I also realized they have many different email addresses.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.THEY ARE A RIPP OFF.i ordered 2 mats from this company on dec 26 2019.after not hearing from them for over 2 weeks I emailed them asking where my order was.they said it was delivered.i. home 24/7 :so I know it was not delivered.i emailed them back asking for the tracking number to my order and they never emailed me back going to file a small claims court case against them for fraud,and theft of funds.i have since been able to track this order and I found that my order was sent to and delivered to roosevelt UT on jan 14 2000 .i live in michigan not UT.ive emailed this company now 5 times and their own tracking site shows them that my product was sent to UT .THEY USE GLOBAL shipping and gave me my products tracking number plus globals tracking site.so once I put in my tracking numbers I was shocked to learn that my product went to UT ,considering I live in MI.i did further tracking and then discovered my product was sent to roosevelt ut.so I emailed thunderlabs with this info and facts and demanded they either resend my products that I payed for or reimburse me financially.
