Scamming Frauds. I spent $400 on their services and they block me after asking for an update after 5 months of waiting to get serviced. They banned me from their discord server so I couldn't warn anyone else.

You state clearly on your website that the accounts we purchase are anti ban accounts so im contacting you to let you know as of yesterday March 13 2024 my account was banned by Rockstar permanently. I paid 59.99 for the account!!! I either would like you to fix my account or provide me with a replacement account as my account is no longer accessible on xbox! I can send screen shots if you were able to give me a email address to send them to.
I got a response that same day from them saying.....:

We are just doing some final testing to try and avoid this happening again in the future. We will update you within the next 72 hours on when you'll receive your new account.

We understand this can be frustrating but please bare with us. Thanks for your understanding and your patience.

Well I got the best account they had. It got banned and I contacted them. They sent me another one. Logged in had it 2 days som how got banned. Told me would be 72 hrs they would send me a new account that was 3-14-24 won’t email me back I have sent several emails and will not respond 60$ down the drain

So I was hoping I didn’t have to do this but thought people should know, i purchased an account for $59.99 this is the 3rd account I have purchased, the first one was for Xbox one which got banned but I wasn’t to fussed about that as it was a lower priced one so I purchased another for $59.99 that had been banned after a few months use so I emailed them and within hours they responded and sent me my new account but I had also upgraded to Xbox series s so made another purchase for $59.99 for that series console and it was great for few months but last week I logged on and the account had been banned from gta, I messaged them because they claim to have lifetime warranty and to be fair they did send me a new account for my Xbox one so I emailed them and they said id have a new account within 72hours, that was 9 days ago. I’ve sent them more than 4 more emails and still haven’t heard nothing back which is a shame because I was super satisfied with the account and customer service but now I lost all satisfaction for the company

The account you sold me is bugged as doesnt show any of the recent updates and i cant see any of the new mission logos and ive messaged and had no reply or anything yet you say your customer service is 24 7 Edit have been very helpful and given me a new account for free and even let me keep the old one just to mess around with the cars on okay will keep updated on the progress edit still isnt showing the mission logos for the new ulp update.
Update everything is sorted now and was very helpful thankyou okay will be using his services again in the future okay.
