Annoyed customer!

Placed an order on Saturday (well in advance) & delivery of flowers for my friends birthday didn’t arrive until 10pm on her birthday! Outrageous, unacceptable & never ordering again via this company. At least have the courtesy to ring your customer & let them know the delivery will be delayed. Understand it’s busy ahead of the festive season but get more delivery drivers on the road to fulfil the orders in a timely manner.

Good afternoon Diana,
Sorry to hear that the flowers arrived around 10 pm. We tripled our regular drivers during Christmas. But still had too much doorsteps to be delivered at that period of time.
That driver started around 2:30 pm, and he tried his best to deliver all the flowers as earlier as possible. Unfortunately, he was suffering from terrible traffic on the delivery date.
We can offer you a $10 voucher for the late delivery.

Good afternoon Anna,
We are sorry to hear that your jar flower didn't meet your expectation. Here is the condition in the delivery moment:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZsdIbX33NKE9nfttSuW7AFXLfyU4KX0E/view?usp=sharing
It included 2 roses, 1 disbud, 1snapdragon,1 Anthurium, and other small flowers, and all of them are of good quality, which meets our MINI JAR' s requirement.
If you would like to customize your flower, please contact us before delivery. Many thanks.
