Flowers were lovely but I was disappointed in the service.
Flowers were to be delivered to an office for an employees anniversary. When they haven't arrived at 2pm, I started to ring thelittlemarketbunch for an update - acknowledging that they had until 5pm to deliver, but I wanted to check in. No answer on the mobile (only number available to contact them). I also reached out to them on FB sending a DM, with no response. I did get through at 5pm after calling repeatedly and I was told that due to traffic they could not be delivered in time (I note that at this time I was on the road, and I do confirm that they had tried to email me at 4pm to give me the same notification - a little too late in my opinion). This was our first time using thelittlemarket bunch, and we did so because of the reviews, I am not certain I would use again.

Disappointment comes in wilted yellow
Two hours after my flowers were delivered I collected them from inside an air-conditioned lobby area. The chrysanthemums were already wilted and looked worse for wear. For a $140 bouquet of flowers, I expect a lot more from my florists. Was severely disappointed and unfortunately will not be referring business. You want to gift flowers that will bring joy and happiness, not be embarrassed to hand them over to the recipient. I ended up spending a lot of extra money to buy additional presents because the flowers I was gifting were so underwhelming and I didn't feel comfortable handing them over on their own (which I should for the premium price paid!)

The flowers sent to my friend for her birthday did not match the photo on the website in any way. They were half dead and not at all the ones in the description.
It was embarrassing to have sent a half dead bunch of random flowers to a friend for their birthday.

1. We just double checked the delivered picture in our system, the Oil Garden x Lemon Tea Tree Hat Box looks good enough.
2. Sometimes we change the flowers because we pick the freshest flowers each morning to create and deliver a fresh and beautiful arrangement.
3. All the flowers been used in your arrangement is native one, that is different from fresh flowers but we are sure they are not dead.

The white Singapore Orchids were sold out earlier than our expected in the morning. We contacted all our suppliers immediately when we received the order in the afternoon. Unfortunately, they were closed at that time. The driver delivered the flowers with an apology gift next morning. All information had been sent to the email on your order day.

Customer service chat was easy and quick. Pricing is reasonable. Evening delivery is a fantastic service, however should aim for a cut off of 9PM. My flowers were delivered at 10:30PM, but they looked great. Tracking service was also very good. Would definitely recommend!
