Our flowers were left in a main foyer of an apartment complex without any phone calls as I requested. And for the amount I paid I wasn’t impressed with the bouquet I’m sorry.

Thanks for your feedback.
We just checked in our system, our driver left your order with the security guard, not in the main foyer. We must leave the order in a safe place which is our policy.
Our driver buzz the doorbell and wait for 10 mins, no one answered, and he already explained to you in go people.
The POD which makes you confused and think is the main foyer, is just a proof for us to confirm our driver going to the correct address.

Thanks for your feedback.
We just checked in your order and delivery system, you did not provide any instructions for delivery, so we just follow our normal routine to deliver it.
If next time you have some special delivery request please make sure you put it in the instruction part, or just contact us for double-check, we will do it for you.
Following delivery instructions is very important and basic policy for us, if customers request.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bad customer service.
The product was terrible not worth what I paid for ($146.96) and it should have not been delivered. I was disappointed and very upset for the person receiving this item and especially when the person is grieving and you what to arrange to pick up. What person are you-Ungrateful person. I don’t and will never trust your company again that is why I refused to be replaced and your policy is a lot of rubbish. YOU UNGRATEFUL PERSON.

Always reliable!
This is one of my absolutely favourite finds on the internet, as The Little Market Bunch have never let me down and I've used them regularly in 2021 and will continue to use them this year.
The quality is great, the range and price points are reasonable and they have extremely reliable delivery, which is handy in these covid times. I would highly recommend them.
