what was received compared to what was ordered was nothing short of embarrassing for this company. I would suggest this be the last place you look for gifts/flowers/ hampers.
Damaged stale cakes shoved in a delivery box with a bottle of wine rolling around. Flowers arrived 4 hours later (supposed to have been a packaged gift box) and dumped at the door by a disgruntled delivery driver who didn’t bother to ring or knock. Alerted only by security cameras. Unfortunately I am unable to add photo evidence.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an expensive gift box and the promised images are false. I ordered cupcakes, flowers and wine and they were delivered 4 hours apart, in a crappy box, no wrapping at all and the delivery was so shocking that the cupcakes had all fallen over. The flowers were beautiful - but as all the components were for a gift for a couple it was embarrassing, especially as I had not been cheap with my budget. Wish I had read the other reviews before choosing The Little Market Bunch.

I’m actually shocked at the difference of their flower photos to what arrives on delivery! If I new the flowers would have turned up like a 5 euro bunch from life of Aldo for 70 euro worth I would have knotted and sent them flowers instead…I’m actually shocked by one words at the medium bunch more like extra extra small so embarrassing when they are been delighted to someone too from abroad!! A joke

If there was less than 1 star, thats what this company deserves

The order went through on Saturday at 10:17am
I called and the lady at the Mornington peninsula store to confirm it would be delivered,

it wasnt delivered the same day , it was delivered the sunday and the little market bunch put a note on my gift "this order came through the website after hours on saturday therefore delivery not until today " (SUNDAY)

she approved delivery for the same day being Saturday
i WOULD LOVE TO ATTACH MY ORDER AND ALL THE PICTURES WE HAVE including the ghosting and rolling off a customer is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional

Flowers no were near the the ones I ordered I spent $99 on just the flowers not including delivery I tried to email these people but the email was non responsive , very frustrating I do not recommend them .

The service was prompt and delivered same day. What was disappointing was that I ordered flowers for my daughter and the amount I paid $84 + $18 delivery was poor. There were 9 flowers in the bunch, so $9.30 per flower!! Really very very disappointing. Sadly felt like I had been ripped off!! t wasn't a though there were expensive flowers included.

First time customer. Ordered on the phone with helpful information and no hassles. First delivery was on time and the online delivery status was a nice feature. I am told the product was "very nice" so must give a 5 star review on our first order.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, which are spot on. Don’t use this Company, the Christmas wreath I ordered bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one I received 😡

To be fair, I received a very apologetic email offering to replace the wreath. Unfortunately it was too late, but the apology was written with a genuine wish to please.

Flowers arrived very late on Mothers Day. They were a very ordinary bunch and extremely overpriced.
I could have got better at the local shop for a fraction of the price.

The flowers were ordered well ahead of time as a birthday gift yet the recipient did not get them until late evening. The flowers were wilted and sad looking as though they had been in a hot delivery van all day. I emailed The Little Market Bunch the following day and included a photo of the flowers. Nobody responded, I will never use this florist again. EVER.

Love it! My Aunt and Uncle enjoyed the charcuterie box!

Service was fine, just wildly overpriced for what was received

Ordered online for my daughter from their Melbourne shop. Bouquet arrived days late, looked nothing like the picture on their website and had far too much foliage.

May be a coincidence but I live in the UK and a few days after placing my order I began to receive spam email from Australia.

Bad experience.

Easy to use app with great pics and descriptions. Made getting gifts for friends and family interstate really quick and simple.

Honestly I’m surprised your system has asked me for another review - I will never buy flowers from your company again. Absolutely dismal experience. Flower bunch was so small in comparison to what I expected and price I paid. I emailed your company with no valuable response. I will absolutely not recommend your company to anyone until you start being more transparent with your flower sizes.

The orchids are absolutely stunning and the service impeccable. Pricey, but you pay for what you get in terms of quality product and service. Strongly recommend.

You didn't update the delivery, I had to wait for the recipient to call me and confirm.

My flowers were never received by my friend (who was sick and I wanted to make her day a bit better by gifting flowers) and when I contacted the company they never responded. 0/10 for customer service

I specifically chose not to be added to your mailing list when I completed the purchase. Then when I got emailed separately to say opt into our mailing list I chose not to. But then you added me to your mailing list anyway. Which is against Australian consumer and privacy laws. You also delivered the flowers at 10pm at night, which is great for same day delivery but would’ve been good to know that by ‘late’ you meant it like a bar means ‘late’. The recipient was in bed with the flu by that time of night so I would’ve just chosen the next day.
