My go to for sending flowers! They were beautifully presented and delivered on time to the exact place of business. I was informed at all times where my order was at and the pics of when and where it was delivered alleviated any issues I may have had as to them being delivered where they had to be! Sorry to hear that your experience with us is not perfect.
We checked the order in the system, it seems we didn't receive the card message. Our driver tried to deliver the flower to the recipient, but the gate was locked and he rang the doorbell and called the mobile upon arrival. But no one answered him. To ensure the flower can be delivered on your selected date. He left the flower inside that locked gate in shade.

Not what I ordered at all. Extremely disappointed.
My flowers were completely different to the photo of my order, didn't come on the day I requested and paid for, the note wasn't in the flowers and I did not receive any tracking details like I was told I would, which resulted in my flowers being left in the sun with no water all day.
Would never order again.
