I bought 2 pairs of shoes and they fit me so well, delivery within 5 days.

I paid for pre-order. Never got the refund

I booked shoes two years back till today no response regarding my payment

they never gave me my order and when i asked for it they wanted me to pay again and said the money i paid them was just to reserve one. its been 2 years now. they are scammers. im pretty sure theyll say "it was preorder this and that" the advertisement they had was "Good news we are putting this shoe for sale at ____ limited time only". big false advertisement. when u pay the sale price thats when they gonna pull the preorder thing. theyll try to hook u. typical scam.

The shipping took almost three weeks and needed a third party to track which wanted access to my emails to do so. However, even after getting the app and stupidly allowing the access needed, it still showed the item was “shipped” but nothing more. I had to reach out to Thaely directly. However, I like the product and the business idea. They just need to work on a better shipping partner.

Website was straightforward but the package tracking was not accurate at all.

How companies handle difficult situations are a measure of whether the company is great. The product I ordered was significantly delayed but they handled it with good customer focus, went above and beyond!

The product was very stylish, wears well and overall recommend them.

Okay, this company is not like what the other people have been posting here. I was quite scared after reading all the comments here, especially since I booked my sneakers already. I was afraid they wouldn't reach me, but they did. They sent out the order straight away. It arrived faster than I had hoped. The shoes themselves are sturdy and comfortable. I wish the communication from the company side was better but it's all in the past now.

I'm in love with the sneakers . been wearing it for a month now and thery still good as new

- poor quality of upper material
- shoe tongue is very short
- gets torn and dirty easily

Like many here no sneakers after a month and never responded to multiple emails, fb messages and instagram messages. Not sure what happened. Ordered Over a month ago and would be ok waiting but no one seems to be there.

I love the thought of wearing shoes that are 100% made from garbage! I ordered my shoes in January and just got them last week. Maybe it took them a little longer to deliver than some other products, but hey, it's not Amazon people....some things take a little longer. Have a little patience. Well, I finally got my shoes, and I can't believe how comfortable they are (did I mention they are made from garbage!) $130 Cdn for shoes made from garbage and I love them. I can't wait to plant the box they came in.....when the snow is finally gone......great shoes!

shame there isn't a minus mark i can give. 1 year on..... no shoes delivered and I'm nearly a hundred quid down. This is a scam. buyer beware.

Do not purchase shoes from Thaely! I placed my order in Jan 2023 and still have not received confirmation that the shoes have been shipped. I have reached out to the company multiple times, who have said they will be shipped soon. They have taken my money and now have ghosted me. DO NOT PURCHASE SHOES FROM THAELY!!!!!!!!

It seems that there is not a lot going right, except the smooth online ordering process. I ordered to Switzerland 4 months ago… after several times of back- & forth via email the result is: no shoes, no delivery, no compensation, no solution. They just did not get it right & confirmed: shoes where delivered. But obviously not to the right address & they don’t care I suggest :( sad !!

I ordered and paid online for a pair of shoes THAELY in oct 2022. I immediately received a formal order acknowledgement by email. No news after almost 2 months, so I contacted Sales Thaely end Nov 2022. I was told that there was a delay because the no more stock in the color I ordered. They proposed another color against a 20US$ discount, which I accepted. Refund via cc was meant to happen "within 4 to 5 working days". I did not received. I contacted them again and again. Despite several follow-up emails, I have to-date 31 Jan 2023: 1-no refund, 2-no shoes, 3-no response at all to my emails.
My conclusion: Thaely is is a scam. I do not recommend online order/payment to anyone. Watch out !!!

I've been using the shoes for well over a year, easy to clean and have been comfier than many other sneakers I own. Shipping took some time, although with new companies I can understand logistics are difficult sometimes. Overall angood experience.

I was excited to own a pair of these sustainable Thaely shoes.

Order went through fine. Noticed after a few weeks the shoes hadn't shipped. I emailed the sales email address provided on their website. Someone said they would look into it. I emailed again when I didn't receive a notification the shoes had shipped.

Finally, after this second email I got an email saying the shoes had shipped with a tracking number attached that didn't work.

I suspected for whatever reason, scam or otherwise, that I was never getting these shoes, so emailed asking for a refund and that was handled quickly. I was refunded for the shoes that I order and paid for but that were never shipped or received.

Overall very disappointing experience. I would recommend not ordering from them.

It has been months now and no shoes have arrived. I have emailed a few times and am just met with a response saying please bear with us, but no estimated date or anything. I suspect this is a scam

What a sad ending to an exciting experience and support I was willing to give to this company. I watched a well renowned YouTube channel supporting this brand giving it a global reach and with a sustainable case at heart I decided to show my support and boy was I taken for a good old ride.

I pre ordered a pair of their trainers that took months to come out and when they finally did come out after me chasing them to see when it will happen they sold out multiple times before I got to order meaning there was no point in paying for a pre order as it didn’t mean you were reserved a pair, you were simply just giving them a deposit for no reason however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought ok, I’ll wait for them to come in stock, I waited and waited and finally after another month I decided to have another look at their website and found out that they have had stock and been in stock for some time with no notification what so ever to my order however even then I have them another chance and ordered my pair of trainers, paid the outstanding balance and placed my order. Week after week I was waiting for my delivery so after the second week I thought I would email to see when it will be delivered and they told me I haven’t made an order and that I would need to order again, so when I told them I did and sent screen shots they didn’t reply for days and when they did they said the same thing until I kicked up a fuss and they finally said it will be with me within a week. Surprise surprise nothing turned up and they finally stopped emailing me back so I had to take a different course of action to get my money back. No reply from them what so ever regarding my order or complaint. I think it is simply a well organised scam. Stay well away.
