This guys are scammers, I ordered some sneakers in October of LAST YEAR, and they never arrived… been messaging them in all socials and never got a reply, didn’t get my money back as well…. Don’t buy from them

Bestellung von 2 Paar Schuhen am 13.11.2023 gemacht und sofort per Kreditkarte vollständig bezahlt. Es handelte um eine Pre Order mit dem Hinweis, dass die Schuhe bis zum 10. Jänner versendet werden. Dann kam nach mehrmaligen Mails am 11. Jänner die Info, dass es aufgrund der Feiertage eine Verzögerung bei der Lieferung gibt, dass aber mit Hochdruck daran gearbeitet wird. Nun schreiben wir den 5. Februar und es gibt noch immer kein Update zur Lieferung! Bin schon etwas skeptisch und hoffe, es kommt noch eine Lieferung!

Para mí no funciona nada bien, hice un pedido el 2 de Diciembre y a día de hoy 5 de Febrero no lo han enviado.
Les escribo varios correos y no me contestan

Hoy es 1 marzo y siguen sin enviarme los tenis.
NO LES COMPREIS NADA, son unos estafadores.
Ayer 6 de marzo me envían un correo diciendo que yo he solicitado la cancelación de mi pedido y proceden a cancelarlo y que van a realizar el reembolso.

I love the brand idea. However I ordered a month ago and the order status still says I will recieve an email when they get send out. I red a review where nothing happend after 4 months! Now I‘m really hoping this is not the case with my order… I already contacted the whatsapp customer service and wrote an email but havent got an answer. How else should I contact the company to get any information about my order or at least get my 99€ back?

delivery was good, but the shoe itself is just bad, the hard plastic cap on top of the foot is really uncomfortable/hurting when walking. cant even ride my bike cuz it cuts into my ancle

The shoes are very nice looking, but they are very hard and dig into my ankle. The plastic is super stiff.

My son loves the sneakers & how they're made but they're a bit stiff & require time & wear to break in.

I applaud their environmental approach, but their shoes are low quality and unfortunately. They also don’t honor their return policy. Stay away from them.

Today they tried to deliver the package to me but they told me that I have to pay €36. When I bought the product I paid the taxes and the shipping was free. I don't understand why now I have to pay to have it delivered to me. The transport company tells me that you have to solve the problem or they will not deliver the package to me.

While I applaud their attempt at building a shoe from recycled materials, they are very uncomfortable and sized incorrectly. Furthermore they have a nonexistent customer service department and therefore they do not comply with their own policy on returns and exchanges. This is a scam. Do not waste your money.

I like the concept of the shoes per se.
But completely absent costumer service.
Tried to contact them via email and via social media and no answer at all.

The size that I ordered corresponds to my usual EU size. But the shoes fit waaaay too tight. They feel like 1 size smaller at least, and there is no possibility to exchange the product.
So now I saved some plastic to produce some amazing shoes that I’m not gonna be able to use 🤷🏼‍♀️

Edit: after this comment, the same day the costumer service replied to my email and says that they are available for further questions and then disappears again

Be warned about no returns for size!

Unfortunately I didn’t read the return policy closely enough and didn’t realize that you can’t return due to sizing. The shoes ran very narrow so they could not be worn and also not returned. They offered me returning them and getting a 40% off discount of my next purchase. Um, no. We are keeping the shoes to find someone else they might fit rather than get a lame discount and potentially be in a worse place then we are now.

Shoes are beautiful and comfortable, the stuff is always in touch. I’ve been surprised also of the fast delivery. The only thing I was disappointed of is the size… I ordered 38 (EU) and I would never think that sneakers could be different but it’s definitely straight… Sure, I had to pay more attention choosing the size, but honestly I think that sneakers shouldn’t have this kind of problems.
