EShakti comprised 90% of my closet for a decade before they deteriorated. I took a chance on Indophilia hoping they would fill their niche and was pleasantly surprised all around! My first purchase of a customized dress arrived 14 days from ordering and met all of my specifications. I'm very pleased with the fabric content, craftsmanship, price, and customization process. My only note is that I did not know it had shipped until it arrived. Timely shipping tracking would have made it a better experience.

You sent me the wrong size. Specially I bought two jackets both said size 16, but only one fit. The other was really a size 12. I sent photos, but I've been ignored. I asked for you to send me the right size. I am not going to let go of such costly experience.

Fast service, beautiful dresses!

Ordered 3 custom sized dresses. Beautiful fabrics, colors and prints. Fits perfectly. I noted in my order that my shoulders are narrower than the dimension i provided and they made the small adjustment. They offer to line the dress for a reasonable price and it's wonderful. Because they offered it, I figured that the dress fabric would be thin and see thru but the material was sturdy and probably didnt need the lining. Happy I got it though because it does protect from heat and sweet and will keep the dresses nice for a long time. I will be buying again in the future.

Dress is well made and I got a it customized and made to my size and it fits perfectly

The fabric is beautiful, the stitching is amazing. The jacket is very comfortable and a wonderful blend of formal cuts and beautiful Indian prints.

I had ordered 4 dresses, received only 3. Sent email to customer service twice. Haven’t heard back yet.

The product is good but it very difficult to contact you’ll .

I had written copious of mails for the status of my order but I would keep getting a generic mail and it would say your order is in your the cart when there was nothing. You’ll need to improve customer service

The jacket smelled really bad . The jacket looked old and the colour was running too...

The dye in the material was not colour fast. The dress was nice and fitted well however my concern relates to the dyes shedding onto my skin and undergarments.
I a previous garment because the size was incorrect..it could have been my own fault, and the return process and replacement garment was flawless.

The dress sent was way smaller than a size 16 Australia.

Arrived quickly, good quality, cotton good, design lovely.

This has been the worse purchase experience I’ve ever had. Received incorrect dress & contacted them requesting a return & refund as paid extra for customisation. Had only one reply to my over ten times of contacting them. They acknowledged the error & then no other reply. So disappointing & a waste of money.

Beautiful material. A bit tight over the bust even though I ordered large.

Great dress! Love the customization options offered by Indophilia. Their customer service is very responsive. And the dress I bought is lovely.

I dislike the delivery. It takes 3 weeks. Not only that, no auto update from seller
