TecTake Ltd Arvostelua

The outfit I ordered did not fit but the quality was OK and a size bigger would have been fine. I am size 12 and ordered a medium. Nevertheless I was offered a full refund and the customer service was good.

i received my table and i assembled it correctly and when it was built unfortunatley a leg was broken so i emailed Tectake and with a speedy response and excellent service they offered to send out new leg and fixing ASAP problem solved and thank you very much for your great efforts on handling this for me so quick.
Overall excellent service and a happy customer.

My items did not fit but Iveta was very helpful through the process

The company was efficient with delivery time.
However, the instructions could have been clearer.
Screws were NOT of good quality.
Storage area is unsuitable for storing cushions etc as it is not rain proof

I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my order, after the parcel arrived in the uk and was released from customs there have been no futher uldates, that was 3 weeks ago. Ive repeatedly asked for updates but the carrier has no contact i for and the seller doesn't respond. Im reporting fraud on my credit card

Really happy with the product, very good quality for the price and very helpful and happy to help customer service with questions I had about my order and tracking my delivery.

Many thanks again 😊

Much more affordable than the more expensive brands and better quality than the cheaper costume dirndls on other sites. The customer service team were also super helpful and responsive

Very good quality of the bed with reasonable prices, thank you

Excellent seller, would highly recommend. Sorted my issue straight away for me, great communication. Thank you.

Good solid base. Easy to install. Great communication re delivery

Quick and easy, outfit didn’t fit unfortunately but was good quality and customer service was quick and really helpful to get this resolved

Easy to buy. Good price. Easy to erect the garden ornamental bridge. Good price

Good, sturdy, comfortable and attractive portable massage table. One downside is this larger version is too wide for ease of use while standing on one side and reaching across.

Bought one, looked a treat when up, easy to assemble and put up, works well and easy to use, so bought a matching one to go over the other pair of french doors. Very happy with the purchases, quality items. Would recommend this seller with no hesitation.
