TecTake Ltd Arvostelua

Patio awning is a quality product.
Price was the best on the Internet.
Delivery tracking, from supplier to home.
Easy to fit.
I recommend this for anyone wanting an awning.

The product was high quality and customer service was very good. Thea was very quick at responding.

Fast response from Thea to my enquiry regarding return of items ordered.

There was problem with the screws tightening into the chairs. The threading on the chair would not take the screw which leaves the chair not fully stable.

Very pleased with the swing, great piece of garden furniture. Good value and good product.

I have no complaints. Purchased a camping kitchen with aluminum frame (172 x 52 x 104 cm) for an extremely reasonable price. Arrived quickly with tracking. Used the kitchen and it works very well. I'm happy to recommend.

Prompt delivery, goods as desribed

Fantastic customer service and great product too. Would highly recommend!

Had a lot of problems with the tent I ordered but was sorted out pretty quick

Good fast service and the couch is good quality.

However the carry bag very poor quality handles, they have already ripped away from material and only used twice

Very quick delivery, excellent communication with the seller and very good tracking options

Great quality items and very helpful and responsive consumer service. Would definitely recommend!

Item was shipped promptly and is a well made solid product. Looks exactly like it's meant to. Communication about the shipment was kept up to date and accurate.

It's bigger than I first thought. It's a large case kind of over priced for what it is really but nonetheless I will use it. Delivery was good no issues just don't think it's worth the money.

To be entirely honest I’ve had my ups and downs with this company over one product - leather laderhosen.
Because I have returned 3 version of the laderhosen thus far… that being said they have all been of very high quality, well packaged and delivered in the given timeframe (longer than most but that was already stated, so no nothing concerning). The returns were due to the size chart shown on the selling website being very unclear (I have learnt the waist size is given in cm and half the circumference, as if the shorts were laid out). That is my only complaint and the reason they have dropped one star - since communication with their customer services has always been prompt and helpful.

The website was easy to use except was showing a reduced price for the fruit steamer on the search screen, which jumped back up to full price when in the basket. I emailed customer service in the hope they would sort the issue and give me the reduced price, but they put it back to full price! Thankfully I managed to get a bit of reduction with signing up to the newsletter but was a bit disappointed.

The awnings i bought were great. They are affordable, look good and the job. They made such a difference with the summer we have just had as they helped keep the house cool.

A qualidade do produto é maravilha

very well packed good service and also easy to put to

very well packed and easy to build thank yo

They wont refund me for a faulty or just awfully made parasol which flipped over and caused harm. Yes we followed weight instructions and build instructions. Do not buy from here
