Great quality outfit for Oktoberfest. Fast and prompt replies via email from customer service team also.

I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Tectake. They were friendly, understanding and very helpful when I contacted them about my order. My query was dealt with quickly and professionally, and the whole experience was straightforward and hassle-free.

I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating the team were and would definitely consider ordering from Tectake again. Thank you for the excellent service!

The reason I was disappointed with my purchase of an outdoor umbrella with solar lights, is,when it arrived the solar did not work I notfied this company and sent proof of them not working as requested. They offered me a partial refund which I rejected at first as I wanted a replacement. Then to be told the manufacturers were not making any more at moment, and they didn't know when they would resume. After several emails back and forth I felt I had no alternative than to accept the partial refund. Better to purchase from a store, at least you can complain face to face and take the faulty goods back.

Great piece of kit. Had it set up for a full week on our recent French trip in the motorhome. Every meal stored and cooked from and on the kitchen. Easy to set up and dismantle again stores away in the provided bag beautifully. Great product would highly recommend

Good item at good price and arrived fully shipped to my address, without any issues.

The staff is very accomodating and responsive!

I am very happy with the way I was dealt with it. They’re very helpful and polite just to say thank you for being so helpful.

Really good quality product (lederhosen) at a very reasonable price. And very responsive and effective customer service.

Iveta, was super helpful in this process and although my package arrived later then expected the communication was very helpful all the way through.

Really impressed with my order! The quality of the item is fantastic, especially for the price, and it looks and feels really authentic. The fit was great too.

I originally ordered two sizes to make sure I got the right fit, so I contacted customer service about the one I didn’t need. Iveta has been incredibly helpful throughout, and the communication has been excellent. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with both the product and the customer service, and I’d definitely order from them again!
