Teamson Arvostelua 

As I was setting up my fountain for the season, my pump was not working. I had only had this fountain for 1 year, so I was worried that I would need to buy a new pump. I e-mailed customer service through the link on their website and got a prompt response within 24 hours with a list of trouble shooting ideas, and "if an all else fails" link to purchase a new pump. The troubleshooting worked and I am excited to be enjoying my lovely fountain again! I will definitely seek products from this company again in the future!

Very happy with Teamson's customer service. Was looking around for a replacement solar panel for my solar water fountain and was happy that Teamson was very responsive and acted on my request quickly and the replacement is already on its way to me. Thank you!

And not sure why the others dinged you on the installation instructions. Didn't need them at all. It literally was 4 easy steps!

It's impossible to get a response from Teamson. We need a pump for three-tiered fountain that has the three light connections on the ford, impossible to get a response.
And website SUCKs.

The Customer Service from this company is top notch. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. I don't write reviews often about products but when support and help are above the norm I want to recognize it. Support was outstanding and the product quality is good.

The adorable Little Chef Westchester Retro Play Kitchen was simple to put together by myself and is exactly as described in the description.
When unboxing all of the pieces, I noticed the handles were not shipped. I was a bit skeptical and thought I might have a problem with this company that I had never heard of before. I immediately called and left a message then also sent an email. To my surprise, my call was returned promptly and my email was immediately answered. I received the handles faster than I’d even expected.
Sylvia, a sweet representative, was absolutely wonderful and very personable.

The bookshelf arrived quickly and packaged really well. There were no missing pieces, no damage and the instructions were easy to follow. The finish and dinosaur art was great.

This is a remarkable company with regards to Customer Service. I messed up and installed the bottom shelf of the cabinet backwards so therefore there were 3 predrilled holes in the front (were supposed to be for attaching the rear panel). Looked terrible. Contacted Customer Service to see if I could get a new shelf (panel). They checked their warehouse and sent me a new panel at no charge. I rarely write reviews but had to with this company. They are outstanding and the product quality is good. Wish there were more businesses like Teamson out there. Thank you.

Arrived damage. Slow customer service response time. Quality isn’t great. Won’t be buying from them again.

The kitchen is adorable! The shipping was fast and easy and assembly took a few hours solo but wasn’t hard!
