The two cabinets I purchased were well packed, arrived timely and very easy to assemble. Being exactly what I wanted in design, I am very pleased with the quality!

Overall I love the child's vanity and think it's a good buy. I was a bit worried that there would be damage as the box was pretty banged up. However it was well packed. There was a small area that the paint was sanded off but it was not very noticeable. My only complaint was that there were 1/4-1/2 inch holes drilled into the side of the two curved legs that served no purpose at all. They are not pictured on the directions. Unfortunately though they show a bit. It's probably a bit petty but it bugs me.

Unfortunately I placed an order received a tracking number and then stated item wasn’t able to ship. Reached out to customer service to see what was going on because when you clicked to the tracking number it stated to contact the shipping company. Customer service got back to me quickly and told me that item was out of stock and they should have it in stock by the end of the month. Also gave me a discount code. I reached back out to verify if the other color was in stock so I didn't get a repeat of receiving a track number and then being told it was out of stock. Customer service again reached back out quickly to inform me that had it in stock. So I didn’t get the color I truly wanted but customer service was awesome and I did get the other color for a discounted price. Thank you teamson for having amazing customer service it’s very hard to find these days!

I recently purchased an outdoor wind spinner as a Christmas present. It was missing the end cap so I contacted Teamson. Their response came in less than 48 hours. I was told they would research the part and get back to me. In about a week I was informed that the part was shipped. I received it about a week later. A great happy ending and our friends are enjoying their completed wind spinner in their backyard.

The doll house was of greater quality than I thought! I was very impressed as soon as I opened the box. Despite having more screws and parts that I imagined, it was extremely easy to put together. ALL holes matched up, ALL were easy to thread with a simple screw driver, and ALL pieces were included in package. Best I've bought in a long time!

Decent "wood" in your cabinet, but the cam bolt "screws" and other connecting components (e.g., dowels) are second rate. I have bought other assembly furniture with higher quality components. Also, the wooden slots for the drawers (rather than all-metal components) is not ideal. I would rather spend more and have a higher quality cabinet.

Superb customer service. Best in class. Needed a replacement lamp shade for a lamp of theirs I love and they made it swift, easy and affordable. Couldn’t be more impressed.

Assembled in about an hour by my wife who enjoys jigsaw puzzles. I do not. Looks exactly as pictured. Very happy with the coffee table.

The design of the access panel needs a redesign. It would be an easy change to add small rounded areas at the bottom to hold it up when trying to reinstall the screws. Also, making an indented area in the body of the spa and corresponding nubs on the access door so it stays in place a little better. The screw holes could be conical with the bottoms of the cones being only as wide as the screw heads. Currently the screw holes are bigger, which allows the screws to shift and not go in straight. One of mine went was put in through the curved edge of the hole and obviously put in with a drill. The screw head was embedded in the plastic and I couldn’t get it out to re-install/aligned with the hole in the spa body.

The t-handle used to tighten the jets broke and the second jet I touched . . .

They quickly responded and updated me on the process; they found what I needed, made it easy to order, and I received it quickly. I wish all customer service departments were this good.

I found the fountain unsatisfactory and my money was refunded.

Purchased a piece of Teamson furniture from Amazon, which was to be shipped in 2boxes.They shipped it twice and both times only sent 1 package. They could do no more for me. Well I called Teamson and through a few calls with customer support, they figured out the problem with Amazon. I explained to them how bad I needed this to match a previous purchase and didn’t care the cost. Even though it was not their problem, they were accommodating me by selling and shipping me the piece at the same price I was getting from Amazon. Now before any other purchases thru Amazon, I will look for Teamson products 1st!

They made a mistake and are now holding my item hostage until I can find time to return the mistake item they sent.

Order came fast, easy assembly and just adorable

I wanted to say this company is top notch! I ordered a product on TV and I had no paperwork on how to replace a part that I needed that was damaged and I called Teamsom. They were the shipping company for this package and from the very first phone call Marianne helped me and she emailed about two or three people to get me the help that I needed! I can't even believe how they went above and beyond for me and I'm getting a new part in the mail in a couple of days. The kindness in these people's hearts is amazing! Now my little girl can have her little dress up closet before her birthday. Thank you guys and I wish every company worked as you do! Teamwork is everything. Thank you for making a very happy customer happy!

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY TEAM'S TRUCK LAMP
This lamp was perfect for my son's room, a wonderful gift from his grandma, but about 6 months in the lamp shade began to detach from the metal frame. I noticed other customers on Amazon had the same issue. The company claims it is out of warranty, but clearly didn't product test this lamp beyond their 30 day warranty policy. When I reached out to Teamson's customer service team to ask for a lampshade replacement, they replied with a canned "sorry it's out of warranty" response. The company uses tape to keep the shade attached to the metal frame. A weak design because through time that tape loses its stickiness due to heat from light bulbs. DO NOT BUY.

And certainly do not expect the company to address the issue and fix the problem. They had a chance to make things right and failed to. Great example of how NOT to handle a customer complaint due to a faulty product.
