Spinner arrived with a defective solar light. Teamson not only replaced the light, but also sent me a free pole extension after inquiring what would be the cost of purchasing an extra extension to increase the height of the spinner. Again, Teamson did not charge me. They included it along with a new replacement light. They responded quickly and courteously to my emails. I can't say enough about the superb customer service of this company. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Teamson.

I contacted Teamson to order a new pump for my water fountain. The customer service group was very helpful and responsive and kept me informed along the way.

I purchased a solar powered fountain from Amazon and I started having issues with it. I contacted Teamson customer support and they were able to help me and shipped me a replacement part that was needed. Their response was very quick and I was very pleased with the results.

My neighbors were moving and asked if I would like their Teamson 3-tier Lily bird bath/water fountain. When I got it - there weren't any assembly instructions.
I went on line and messaged Teamson Customer Service. They are amazing. Not only did they reach out to me quickly, they also sent me the manual instructions which I was able to print out. Now I have a bit of nature going on in my backyard and am enjoying the decorative addition to my garden.

The princess rocking chair purchased was easy to assemble and adorable. Our granddaughters love it. It is a well constructed product.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a play store for my 3 year old. There was an issue with the scanner. I reached out to see if I could get a replacement and they were responsive and helpful. They sent a replacement immediately at no cost. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service.
