The cabinet I purchased came in exactly as I expected. It went together very easily and everything was cut and drilled very accurately. Great product at a great price.

Cabinet is beautiful - however there is a scratch on the top of the door that I now need to paint - it arrived this way!

I needed to repair a fountain that I purchased a few years ago. The Teamson staff were very helpful in identifying the correct part. I ordered the part and USPS lost it. I contacted the company and they said they would replace the part but there were no replacements in stock and would not be until the spring. They went out of their way to find a set somewhere in their warehouse and shipped out. I really appreciate the good customer service.

Dolls leg came off first day as my granddaughter tried to have her sit( put her in seated position)

When I moved I lost a part to my lamp and could not find a replacement anywhere. I contacted Teamson’s customer service and had the part in a week!

Through the process of delivery. My package was severely damaged. So much so my fountain was exposed and crushed/crumbled through the plastic with missing parts and stereo foam was broken up throughout the package (seeping out). Nevertheless, Teamson was quick to provide a refund and unfortunately my new spa won’t have a fountain on the day of my grand opening.

This experience was not Teamsons fault UPS came to pick up the damage package the very next day. My camera picked up the damaged box being placed at my front door positioned to hide the huge whole.

Again, I would definitely purchase from them again. It was not their fault shipping was quick.

I had an issue with a purchased lamp and while the third party company which sold me the lamp could not do anything, TEAMSON did everything in their power to understand the situation and provide the replacement parts that would fix it. I 100% recommend doing business with them.

I recently purchased a Teamson fountain that a local garden center had used on a shelf (non-operational) as a display model. Upon inspection, the pump was missing. No biggie, I bought a new pump, but realized when I got home that the fountain required wiring that the new pump doesn't have and can't accommodate. I contacted Teamson and received a same-day reply. They sent out the missing pump free of charge with a very quick turnaround, with excellent correspondence every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with my new garden fountain or their service.
